- hi this is ronMctube today we going through how the scoring system works for theHunter call of the wild. many people are confused so we try and clear up with detail how it actually works. hopefully with the scoring system explained this will make things better.

i learn a lot myself by doing the guides also. its good for everyone. i share all i find so people hopefully get the trophy animals.

Been having fun with the muzzleloader ,experimenting with the minie ball and long range shooting!
what does it mean when you track a rabbit and it says class 8 moose at the top right. or sometimes it says TX.
Good guide Ron. I’m liking the muzzle loader at the moment, it seems to drop a lot of animals on the spot and i like the ammo variety. Not many rifles can cover 3 to 8
yeah it has a lot of bases covered.

Any idea how long a kill lasts without harvesting? I had a shot hit, didn't know because I couldn't find it and saw no blood but ended up seeing the zone red and never found kill but I did find blood when I went to look for it.
there is a bug at the moment where the corpse vanishes after a certain render distance this will be fixed soon.

Hey that was awesome shot I have a question I'm at level 5 and I haven't seen any trophy animals all I see is just regular animals do I have to be at a higher level in the game
no you can be level 1 or level 60 it doesnt limit what you see. thanks.
You should make a grizzly guide i struggle so hard to find them i wish they were at the lakes instead of the river

I killed a black tail level five and on the old system it would have been a perfect thousand and I had all the harvest checks and it was only gold
Got 100 score boar. said 98 is gold but I got silver. Didnt get all checkmarks so maybe thats why? Do I need all checkmarks to get gold?
you do need to pass the checkmarks to get the highest medal possibility. it will say if you havent passed one of the checks if you check. passes will be great not passing will be in red.
I keep on killing animals and all the harvest check are checked like I did everything right and it is always saying trophy rating 0
Do you loose money if you use a caliber higher or outside the recommend?
you do lose some money if its full cash you want use a ethical gun.
I hate how I have to keep a second screen open with charts to help me figure out animals in the game.
I loved this game but I think the scoring system is completely wacked. The fact that I have to watch countless videos and research so much from sources outside of Expansive Worlds to learn how to play is ridiculous.
there is a learning curve but with playing and learning you wont need to do as you say the more you play. you remember what you need to and that is the depth which keeps you playing. stick at it and you will find out what a great game call of the wild is.

From that on the animal tag, possible gold or diamond depending on the tru-rack measurements? Because I got a silver with a double lunge, one shot with that animal tag info
will be a gold most likely.
@@dgeesiogaming never mind, i think I got silver due to a consectuative kill % Not being 100... my bad, keep forgetting that, the layout on the stat is different than what it use to look like, now for to hover over exp to see if you got a 100% consectuative

its not needed now. that is a old thing.
HinRon.I prefer the old scoring system.1000 being the highest score for ANY animal.Now i shoot a level 5 caribou and have a score of 450.I shoot a level 5 buffalo and have a score of 800.Now that is confusing!

That was quick thank u was wondering as I shot a moose in the heart with correct ammo and it was 1 point off being a diamond
I really feel like elks are broken i got one that would of been a 1000 on the old system and it was only a gold
yeah lots of changes will take getting used to. the info is whats given as how the scoring currently works.
Nothing like shooting a 289 mule deer in the heart, lungs, and having the goddamn game drop your score to 245...

How has nobody noticed that they retextured all the weapons!?
I noticed it right away, also a bunch of new trees/bushes got added as well, you can really tell that vurhonga has alot more trees/bushes around the lakes
I’ve killed many diamond-level animals and I had %100 consecutive harvest but they are all golds. Pls help
stick at it you will get them.
@@dgeesiogaming yea, just now I had a diamond caribou trophy rating 441 and I had a glitch where my bullet didn’t impact it’s weird and happens a lot recently
It's really confusing. Just give us the same scoring system like in classic and that's it. Yesterday I got 3 lvl 5 beceite ibex and they were not even close to diamond. Smallest 5 I got was max weight. Ibex still are not possible to make diamond...
i shot quite a few lvl 5s before getting two diamond ones.
It was before scoring 2.0 right? Coz currently its not possible to get diamond ibex
I randomly found a diamond axis deer today, didn't know what they looked like so I shot it with the wrong gun, smh they're only a 3

Why not getting the gold animal using the correct caliber and animals rating is well over gold rating and only receiving a silver for it. Please don't tell me it's the heart and lungs shot only...saw several videos showing bad hits and tracking a ways and still getting gold...
i guess it depends when the videos are from. you ideally need a gold and make the correct vital shot
I killed a deer with one shot in the head, he didnt suffer and I did hit the brain with the correct caliber. Score was 0 and no money...why?
ideally go for vital body organs. not head shots.
So elk and black tail can’t make diamond?
apparantly they can but people keep using the old system when we are on a new one. im sure with more hunting and people getting big blacktail and elk this will come to light either way.

Do You realize you gave no real explanation for the scoring system,you said there was a "true rack system".Gave a brief overview of it,Then moved on, and gave no real useful information.You even said "I have been babbling on sorry".You then continued to babble for the rest of the video.I don't mean to come across as a prick,but i didn't learn anything i didn't already know.
it was the actual official information given to us by thehunter team. so if its still confusing best to ask them about it.

4 = weapon classification ~ right weapon, for the right animal
3 = how hard ..or easy, the animal is to hunt
..but then comes what confuses me the most! …’very easy’, medium, hard or ‘very hard…!??
Ain’t this info already given in the number before(3)?! …so what can I use the easy/hard-info for??
dont really worry about the easy or very hard. just the level.
