Jordan Davis Green Stuff will definitely work😁
Green stuff would definitely work. I prefer 5 minutes epoxies, like JB weld, or locktite
Could you not have just swapped the legs out and then repaint the "underpants" that join them?
Wouldn't it have been 'nice' if BFS ... would have just made their figures to be more MTF compatible.?? The BFS head attachment could have been a little different, also. But I guess that's the way of things....

What’s the name of the stuff you used to bind ?
There are several adhesives/ bolding materials you can use. I prefer JB quick, or 5 minute epoxies.
