I took apart a walmart brand action figure. Took about an hour. I wish I could show you a picture. You’re right it was difficult but now I have some ideas about custom casting. Thank you for all these cool ideas.
If anything it could save money on future action figures. Thanks again. I will be looking for some silicone and resin this weekend. Really doing this so my son has more toys to play with.
Nice customs and review ... and yeah marauders and boss fight are a tad pricey but very nicely sculpted ... if they are less than $10 per fig I prob will buy 20-30 for customizing. I still have about 40+ microman n 100s of the newer O-ring Joes for customizing but once I'm out I need to find good articulated figs 4" .. hopefully in the future I can get them cheap ... wish more companies will come out with 4" figs instead of moving towards bigger scales.

I think the leather was too thick for a figure in that scale (even for 1/12 scale too) But that helmet is dope man!

Yes they are backed up on orders, definitely worth the wait. They usually throw in free items for the inconvenience.

I think you need to use a special adapter
