I know some people will just say “you can literally just use conditional finality hahaha” I would love to see you try and use a shotgun against this thing when y’all are huddle into a well/bubble together 😂 this super imo isn’t crazy especially in 6v6 but when people are all huddled up playing in their bubble/well it’s guaranteed kills on them almost every single time even after I told Gary and knockem to try and shotgun me while in bubble it was almost impossible when slamming down that quick and doing so much damage :o
just counter using prometheus, it's broken rn and everyone's using it like they're playing laser tag

During Iron Banner control with the high value zone I saw a ton of burning mauls. It was common to pop a bubble and a well because the high value zone can literally flip a match and a team that is very far behind can catch up. This thing would melt the well and the bubble and everyone inside. It will even kill you in the air if you try to jump out of the way.
Tip for using maul to counter bubbles: beyblade spam into it, it’s so much better
sweats just trying to pull a psyops on the community.

Solar Titan is the best. Anybody popping a well or a bubble immediately gets deleted. Even if I don't have the super I just use the one shot melee and then immediately throw a grenade after bubble gone. Sometimes one of my teammates do have to walk into the bubble and do one melee but most of the time you can pretty much take out a bubble by yourself with no super.

I miss the old powered melee that set everyone on fire. Back then the burn did kill you as well.
I miss a lot of the melee abilities from before 3.0 that were just.. punches with effect. Sometimes you want something more simple or basic, especially for a titan.
And it really annoys me that some subclasses only have 1 melee ability option.

best titans subclasses after march's patch will be arc and stasis. no need for abilities, just good overall kit
Never left Arc in the first place. Knockout and double lightning nades are too good.
Consecration after the 5th is about to change that whole subclass, running high Strength and getting ignitions. That's the bigger reason why I think, because right now it's not bad, you can definitely easily get triples if people are grouped up, especially with the Pyrogale Gauntlets.
That melee is terrible in PvP.
I used Solar titan for a entire weekend cause i was testing precious scars built(its good btw) and the melee got me like4 kills total.
I took it off cause it threw me off when i slide shoulder charge.😂
@@fotis3v480 Run the gauntlets and make your build around scorch and ignitions, it's good. I ran it most of the weekend in Trials and had multiple triple and double kills. That should say a lot because the trios playlist in Trials is literal hell lol.
Will Ignitions even still kill them? I run Celestial Fire + Incendiary grenades on Warlock and people survive the combo with literally any DR or overshield
@@Alltruh it's too narrow for neutral game. Also, if you switch your kit mid match you lose super progress.
Scars however give you great neutral game without compromising super progress, and giving you revive/healing capabilities.
@@paulcrisafi4415 I've actually never given Precious Scars a chance after the buff it received, most of the exotic previously depended on playing around your team and getting revives. The Heal Clip buff might actually make that exotic pretty good too on the 5th, doubling down on the healing build. Might be something I actually try when the update comes around. Also, yeah, I wasn't recommending he change his build mid-match lol. I'm serious though, Pyrogale + the buff coming on the 5th to Consecration might make it a pretty valid option.

When im not running a subclass specific build in pvp, I generally run sunbreaker, its wayy underrated. The synergy with precious scars makes it such a good class for 6s with the restoration and 3s with the rez overshield

Oh no. Bungie literally just nerfed solar into the ground we dont need them nerfing it harder. The main reason titans used to run solar and strand in PvE is because it was the only good subclasses that didn't get nuked by the PvP team. Arc, Void, and Stasis all have been destroyed in PvE because they are/were so good in PvP. Titan is probably going to be the weakest class going into final shape IF bungo nerfs strand titan like I think they will.

I've always run Sentinel. I kill Bubbles and Wells all the time with it. Burning Maul can still be killed by Chaos Reach, blade barrage, needle storm and most ranged supers. Sentinel has the same neutral game as Bubble and can shut down most supers. Just give it a try

Try consecration if there scorched at all the second slam ignites them and its getting buffed

Yo I actually went up against Gary in trials yesterday.
No triple bubble isn’t what a good three stack would use. It would be two bubbles and a thundercrash. This would replace thundercrash and give a even better super counter than crash. Ran this last weekend and it absolutely changed the outcome of so many games
Only thing that feels bad about Maul is being countered by floaty Warlocks or high mobility Hunters with Stompees which are in every single game

Idk I think being able to give teammates the flame buff in a team setting is slept on since it's practically a baby healing rift that also damages enemies. Pairing that with a super that pops bubbles and nullifies wells is actually pretty good. It may not be optimal but it's probably pretty potent 🤷♂️
hi walluh white, if you didnt know, you can left click + right click immediately you can launch yourself with way more momentum into a bubble of well so its harder to counter

Everything kills bubbles. They took away like 1/3.5-1/4 of its health lol
I know this is satire but main thing about this super is you can guarantee a kill on the well/bubble + the people in it. Issue with nova and Tcrash is it’s kinda 50/50 and you could end up killing yourself too

It's definitely a solid option if you're in a team who already has a bubble/well. I prefer nova bomb but I tried this out for a bit this weekend and was impressed with how well it did

I use burning maul sunbreaker, not to be meta, but because im too lazy to switch subclasses between pve and pvp
They just have to give Solar Titan any form of healing on melees and it’s good to go. To fit the subclass it could also just be something like Cure x1 so you still have to wait for health regen.

It's a good super unless you meet Dawn Blade or Gold Gun. You won't be able to reach them. Also you can thunderstrike ult only if titan wants to direct hit you

Sunbreaker as a class is really just "snowball: the class". Everything about it is really good, EXCEPT neutral, of which it is completely lacking.
But without a damage bonus on sunspots.. that killchaining potential is infinitely worse.
I really think Sunspots should be giving Radiant instead of Restoration. yeah, it's not the 20% of the past, but that would fit the 'destruction' power fantasy a lot better imo and would be more like what players used to get from it. And loreley can give Resto x1 from them.
Plus, both supers are pretty solid. Burning maul is a bit harder to use against most players but counters supers better with a solid cooldown.
edit: Oh, and burn not killing in pvp sucks so bad for both titans and incendiary grenades. I miss 30th anniversary incendiaries as a hunter main.
To be fair you didn’t even use your melee more than maybe one time. You need to run concecration with it but don’t use both slams. Just upswing and finish then off with a gun

Please use max airborne effective strand sidearm. With elemental capacitor on strand, you get 65 natural. Shyuras wrath gets 60 natural with same setup.

Its so slept on I literally cant believe it. A few months ago I made a build on burning maul with trials specifically in mind using consecration, Alpha Lupi, 100 resil/recov/int, Summoner and Conditional Finality.
Nobody ever expects a burning maul before theyve gotten their bubble or well 😂

In pve burning maul has the highest amount of damage reduction compared to all supers, I wonder if that applies to pvp too

Just use suppressor grenades burning maul is easy to suppress once the slam attack begins user is locked in the animation. With no ability to dodge or anything just through suppressor and there you go slam attack is burning maul weak spot. Aka easy to suppress i've done it many times before in 6v6 back when i used to play the game. Just save suppressor for burning maul don't waste it i mean throwing it against a player with no super active is usually waste of a suppressor nade.

First, don't run with the super. You catapult jump and hit RB to spin forward. Travel much faster. RB, slide, slam, jump, spin towards next enemy. Don't forget, standing in fire makes it last longer. Sorry, but your super play frustrates 😅❤

I promise you if you don't try anything you will never learn! Hammer Titan is the best subclass in the entire game. You have damage, one shot abilities, damn near infinite healing with lorally splendor, You have a better Dodge than on Hunter that actually breaks aim assist and allows you to move! You got single target damage or you can clear out a room of targets! Honestly, the only thing that counters it is warlocks floating around! I use the big Hammer with revision zero and parabellum! The game is much much easier now. I literally deleted my Hunter got sick of dodging out of bullets just to still be shot by the same guy I dodged! Coming from a hunter who has been playing Hunter for the entire lifespan of Destiny 2 and just now moved over to Titan. I have to say Hunter is a dead character. Unless you're using strand, Hunter is useless! Everybody want to bitch about Titans being nerfed into the ground. You're wrong. Titans are actually still in a really really good place. Hunters are the ones that got nerfed into the ground! stop complaining Titans you have all the power in the game. All the survivability and all the one shot abilities. Stop crying! This is a Titans game!
