Well if you want to get statiking just keep going to bucklebreaker station and keep using the lucky capsules and if your lucky you could just get him from there

After 2 hours of infinate tunnel I finnaly found statiking at 10000 yds. I used the top tier oden that says "yo kai will like you a ton" I poked for hearts and had a pinkipoo and I never got him. I was really upset and now I have to go through again to find him. It really pissed me off

Abdallah I found out that you can now download pokemon sun and moon from the e shop for some reason that nitendo is realeaing it early to download I saw some other people play it and download
I also saw a video that shows that you can grind for Soba at the island in San Fantasico that has the cave where you fight that pirate boss. He's on his scooter driving around that area, follow him and after a while, he'll drop his stuff and you can get one soba. It takes a while to get a lot, but at least we can get more. I'm not sure if him actually being there is random as well. I hope this helps and have a nice day.
I got statiking really easy! I got him from riding the happy-go-lucky express then it took me to bucklebreaker! then I talked to bloominoko and he gave me a lucky crank-a-kai coin to use on the lucky crank-a-kai! then I used it and I got statiking :P

I have only found the Soba guy once, in Shopper's Row. I'm not sure when he appears, or if it's a random thing.
