This appears to be an elderly person. It is common for them to get acne like this when they have worked in the sun for most of their lives. Also if they’re a smoker that cause acne like this too. It has nothing to do with cleaning your skin or being in your blood.
I wish you would show the full video of the removal and the before and after of the entire face. I love to see when the skin looks much brighter due to all the blackheads gone.
