So I tried asking global about this but didn't ever get an answer, its like talking to a wall of bricks that's slowly falling apart lol... Anyways lol... Has anyone other than me noticed that you can chain the skill Rising Fury with itself if you time your button press for the second attack for the EXACT moment the prompt shows up? It will pop up a second prompt without the cool down on it letting you do it repeatedly as long as your timing is on point. Ive pulled off a 12 attack chain of just rising fury before. It's a glitch or something but I totally just stumbled on it randomly and thought there might be some reason for it. Note that it only works like that when you have it set up on the same chain twice, ie on trigger skill and chain skill 1.
Hmm actually cascade of stuns is quite nice after backstab then you are in place after a boss moves around a lot you can then chain it into pounce then combative strike so many chains are possible with backstab.
Its in the console version sorry I should of opened with that..... I didn't figure the skills changed all that drastically. If you use psn my Psn ID: is lBriathosl I'll be happy to send you a screen shot of all current skills for warrior. c: For instance I was super psyched when I got deadly gamble but you don't blue shift in this version yet a rune just appears over your head.
Oh that explains it. Yeah the console version is behind by a lot, but I believe you'll be soon getting the Warrior revamp, which makes the class a lot better. Also, Pounce is a really bad skill and should almost never be used.

Um... Hi, guys. I'm a Tera player; a casual one. And I have been for a few years now. Umm... recently. I heard about Black Desert Online. Looks good. I hear bad and good things about it. The P2W thing, dosen't bother me. I'm not gonna spend real money on a game company I don't even know so that's no issue. The issue I had... was Xigncode 3. Hearing what they use it for just- eh. Turned me off. However... yesterday. I signed to Tera: Online. And I noticed... a Xigncode3 banner pop up. I'm... shocked? I mean. I had no idea that my beloved Tera: Online would be using the same spyware tech that Black Desert Online was infamously using. Will it stop me from playing Tera? No. No... But now that Xigncode 3 was running on my machine all this time anyway. Well... might as well play Black Desert Online anyway. Shrugs Don't mean to vent; just... had no idea Tera was using it.
Yea Enmasse implemented it last thursday, but as usual, they didn't communicate it well, if at all. It was only a matter of time anyways since KTera has used it for a while. Gameforge, the EU publisher, however, doesn't have Xigncode in the client as it's 120% illegal, so if you want to keep playing Tera but without Xigncode, EU's the only option.

That's an extremely bad idea. You'd be making your dedicated tank's life a living hell by stealing aggro all the time. And the stances' cooldowns are way too high to even think of changing between them during any reasonably long fight. Add to that the fact that you'd need to get out of combat to switch crystals etc, making your dps abysmal. Just focus on being one or the other.
Jiutti 3 days later i’m back here My experience with your tips: they work REALLY well, but you gotta be lvl 65. When i asked you if I could be both tank and DPS I wasn’t max lvl, and when you are playing with low lvls they loose aggro often, so you get hit and knocked a lot when playing DPS in thoes dungeons, but now im really ok with the DPS only, your tips helped a lot, thank you, im loving the game now that im 65!

I remember quitting due to me experiencing high ping while playing and feeling that the class itself is pretty weak for PVE compared to the other classes.. I have some questions, how much crit factor do I need as castanic dps and tank? I saw your warrior guide and you said warriors need 241 total crit factor but what if I'm castanic? And how much do I need while tanking? A little more or it doesn't matter due to the frontal crit passive?
Another thing, I saw in essentialmana crit calculator that 52+159 crit factor is enough for 100% crit for scythe at least in castanic... Is it outdated or is there another reason to reach 52+189 crit factor?
Scythe crit factor cap for warrior tanks is +219 (271 total) with a Caving Dyad Niveot. You should always use a Carving crystal because it boosts Scythe's crit rate drastically, giving you more effective damage by the power you gain than if you used a second Pounding crystal and Jewelry for even higher crit factor instead.
Btw: I see some warrior skills have visual effects which I dont see on console. Is it because its few patches behind so there was no effect or is it just because they removed the visual effect on ps4?
Warrior and some other classes on pc have awakening which gives them new spells, it will be awhile until console players get it and some icons look different too.
Have to nitpick a bit there, since that isn't the crit cap. Crit caps are +159 (or 211 total) for Castanic and +172 (or 224 total) for all other races. Generally, +180 is more than enough for any Warrior regardless of race. However, it is still worth mentioning since the lower crit cap for Castanics means that they can run full power jewelry with priests without having to make any sacrifices in regards to gear rolls, unless they play without Lamb Bulgogi.
Hm, is there any reason to be playing Killian over Mystel? Because I heard open world pvp in Killian is dead, and every other form of pvp is inter-server anyway
I doubt it, if you're planning to come to EU just go to Mystel. I'm on Killian since I started there initially, but I *may* transfer to Mystel in the future
I had full +9 Stormcry way before the awakening patch. To get the quest in the first place you need 439 item level, which is full +0 Frostmetal, and you should be able to do the quest with it just fine.
i have been warrior for 2 years, ik the gearing perfectly, i just want him to make a damn comparison video in which he split the screen comparing damage to boss using 4 different stats, full crit, full power, crit power and balanced.

There aren't any significant differences with races. Most people go either for Elin for just a bit better reach on Combative Strike, or Castanic for that 1% crit chance passive from behind. I'm playing Castanic female myself.

Our line up is a sorcerer, warrior, slasher, archer, and mystic but when we try to que up for a dungeon it won't let us and after looking it up it's cause we have 2 tanks with the warrior and slasher, but I also heard that the warrior can be both a dps and a tank so how can I get my warrior friend to be presented as a dps role so we can do the dungeons? Please if someone can help me understand more it would be great! I've been researching for hours and have found nothing! Great vid btw earned my sub easy! Lol (We're on ps4 btw)
I assume by Slasher you mean Slayer? In that case, only Warrior can be a tank. Also if you already have a 5-man party, you cannot que for any dungeons but should instead go in through the teleporter.

But yeah we tried That (I think) we went to our Vanguard requests and went to the dungeon we were going to do but when I clicked find group it said the groups composition is invalid so we then just teleported to the dungeons entrance but could figure out how to actually start it so we were all very confused and annoyed and just got off lol. Btw thank you so much for replying I can't find a definite answer anywhere.. lol

Almost it helps in certain situations that 50% reduction in pve can be helpful in pvp its good for countering escapes c:

Warrior is one of the strongest classes atm. They've had a lot of changes to them over the years.

The reason people (except very skilled players) go for more than the absolute minimum is to have 100% Scythe crit even at 9 Edge.

Always fully at 8 edge, or skipping the first part at 10 edge.

Console probably has effect levels reduced. In addition after awakening some skills got fancier effects too.
how is the gear rolled? all power or need i a bit crit rate ?
The new meta is to go for double CDR on weapon and anywhere between Base + 220 and Base + 230 (Stance, buffs, etc. included).

I believe all that's going to change is that the Gunner class is added, literally nothing else.
This is not true. The 26th will only bring the gunner. The big Update will not come with this Patch.
