- You've just acquired the best ticket in town, a VIP backstage pass that lets you experience A New Day... as no one has ever experienced it before. From the moment she leaves home to drive to the Colosseum, until she gets back in the wee hours of the morning, you never leave Céline's side.
You are with her in her car and dressing room, during her sound check, when she meets privately with fans, and in the wings seconds before going on stage. And, the greatest privilege of all, you watch from the wings as the show begins. You're part of the team now, a member of the family. You rub shoulders with the dancers, musicians, and technicians. You take a glimpse at the sets rising from the pit, watch the acrobats dangling from the ceiling. and observe the dancers bandaging their feet.
You are high up in the rafters with the lighting technicians, then down in the pit with the musicians. Stage right with the stage manager, stage left with the props people. In the theater with René and the sound engineer. You are on stage with Céline. You are everywhere. You see everything. And the real show unfolds in real time. You are there as Céline changes costumes at lightning speed between songs, like a Formula One driver in a pit stop. Everyone buzzes around Céline as she changes out of her vampy River Deep, Mountain High outfit into her lacy Titanic heroine's dress. You watch the little akit some people in the troupe act out for her, seconds before she goes back on stage.
When the show is over, you follow Céline to her dressing room and party with her before leaving the Colosseum and heading home with René to tuck in René-Charles.

The best place in a production is actually behind the stage. I love the quiet and still high energetic concentration. It's an invisible choreography in a unique universe. I do back stage coordination at festivals in our theaters once or twice a year. It's pure magic when all the technicians & artists (usually about 150 people backstage) are fusing together with a common goal to produce a beautiful show for the audience. ♥♫♪♪♫

And of course camera angles are chosen so that nothing naughty was shown... This is glimpse of reality that artists must face during the show and audience never thinks how does she change her clothes so quickly. My hat is off for Celine Dion and her great voice. 🤩

IT TAKES A VILLAGE!!! She needs talented people all around her to support her and assist her!! (no matter the actual job they perform ie. music, stage, costuming, security, etc...)

But no i am not a fan either. It is just a matter of personal taste. I like Bjork and Grace Jones, there are more my type of musicians and i like classical music. I think celine dion is sort of the Andre Rieu or Richard Clayderman are to classical music, or what Gaga is to pop music. Her voice is amazing (Celine's voice) but her music is mediocre. It is for the masses and require no particular good taste in music or understanding of composing. It is really , ... Meh ...

Wonderful!.. Everybody doing their part but working as a whole. Creating magic. I love her voice as millions of people do but I particularly love her sound when she sings in French. Could someone tell me what this is? I'd also like any suggestions of beautiful balled inner Mother tongue please? I don't speak French but what I'm able to hear fully I'll search for.. Sound moves the heart and stirs the soul no matter if we know the LA age or not. As long as what we hear we resonate and feel a deeper understanding with.
