This is really interesting, wish I listened to this years ago. But I have now and doing the awakening course is going to support me so much. ❤
I feel that I've had lots of masks and I thought they were there for protection, my Mum use to say that she will put on her mask and it will be ok, no one will know she was upset or didn't like something, I use to think that was her make-up.
