Thank you for this great music! This is one of my favorite albums. Would you mind if I posted some other Pendragon albums? Conversely, I’m happy to take this down if there are copyright issues.
Это, что ? Я в смысле, что за кайф ? It's a beautiful day, axe, comus, steelye span, - очень хорошая компания Великой музыки. Да здравствует хиппи-рок и long live rock'n' roll
Would ❤️ to have run with that energy Hippy people are probably the greatest And although I liked electronic music made from inhuman machines there is a great library of feelgood music much more beautiful to relish. As things change and the world turns It is hard to say goodbye to the Hippys And that generation, I study furiously to recreate the movement to have something wonderful to give to the babies A real generation xx
I have 2 of their CDs, one called “Finding our way Home” that has a song called Deer Island. I don’t see the other song you mentioned. I want to post the whole CD but it is copyrighted. Maybe I will post just the song.
Aye, but since England's not a real country 'Bonny at Morn' would qualify as a Geordie/Northumbrian song, 'The Blacksmith' Norman, Hobbitonion, Torytownist, or whatever regional monicker the half-French bellends would go by nowadays. So, aye, not 'Celtic', but not 'English' in the slightest either. (You could lay claim to Mumford & Sons if you really wanted to though.)
@@Wotsitorlabart You're clearly not an historian or a linguist, but suffice to say I'm definitely *not* a numptie Norman from the Hobbiton shires and that I have far more in common with my Celtic cousins than I do anyone south of the Humber or Mersey.
@@liarbrice4772 I am neither a historian or a linguist and I doubt that you are either. But I have never heard any historian claim that England isn't a 'real' country. And throwing the word 'aye' into the conversation is hardly revealing as to your origins. BTW recent studies have shown that the so called 'Celtic' areas of Britain are genetically quite different to each other. So, not really 'Celtic cousins' at all. And as the Normans left next to no genetic imprint on the English your 'Norman' insult is just a bit pathetic.
@@Wotsitorlabart LOL. Now you expect me to believe that *none* of the songs on this somewhat obscure 1972 vinyl are 'Celtic'?Whatever next? That you *aren't* the product of generations of inbreeding when you're clearly a boomer baby from Biggleswade.
As a Welshman i am having difficulty with the Title PENDRAGON, PEN meaning head, in Welsh, Yet NOT one song that even resembles Brythonic celt. Typical using a WELSH name for IRISH music
Well, two of the songs are actually English - 'Bonny at Morn' and 'The Blacksmith'. And not too sure if there is such a thing as 'Brythonic Celt' music.
Wow... and a nice clean copy! I'm in the band and can tell you it came out in 1984. A lotta years ago!

Much appreciated!@@shinyshadows5802
I first heard Pendragon on "A Celtic Sojourn" then I heard them live, at Chace Farm 2019
I am fortunate to have heard Pendragon live many times at Stone Soup. Sorry to be here to mourn the passing of Mary Lee Partington.
What a wonder !! Thank you so very much !!
Blessings & Love from a Breton man in Foreign land named France 😄💚
Thank you for posting, nice to see my grandparents music posted online
Rest in Peace, Mary Lee Partington. May all who loved you find comfort.
Difficult to find this, indeed! I am so glad you chose to share it with us: Thank you. 🙂
Wundervoll so etwas hier zu finden.
Very good album. I had never heard, or heard of, this band before.
This is very nice stuff. I love the double-tracking of the female singer.
Thanks for uploading. It's such an entertaining album.
Hidden gem for happy fews. ☘
Beautiful band. Thanks for sharing.
Fantastic ✊
Great singer.
ty!
Found this because of Howl's moving castle, but oh well, truly beautiful find
Wonderful
This has a heaing effect, and an exilir to purify the soul
Very nice. Remember me of Jethro Tull and his flute. Irish Ways and Irish Laws is a bit shorter 😄😄

I wish I could find their other album with the deer island song and Micheal mo chroide

The album with the other song is called “Passage to New England”, there is a copy up on eBay now.
Reminds me of every Ren Faire I've been to. Not my usual genre but still good.
Belíssimo ❤🌷🌷🌷
Celts of the highest caliber!
not to be confused with english neo-progressive rock band (zeus) pendragon
Не нео-проорессивной, а арт-роковой группой.

Nice experiment
Sunshine there?
For only a few minutes, then back to rain
Witcher!
I lie their instrumental stuff the best.
Two of the songs are English.
'Bonny at Morn' from the North East and 'The Blacksmith' from the southern counties.
So, not 'Celtic' in the slightest.

Bit of a bizarre nonsensical rant there.
Care to enlighten us at to which 'real' country you might call home?
