Your family is soooo lucky to have you cooking for them!!! Love this recipe❤
It’s amazing like always.
I made the same food with a few minor changes and it turned out great.
Replaced Fennel seeds with Kerman’s Black Cumin,
Sour cherry with iranian dried Aloucheh.
Also mixed the yogurt with a drizzle of Frank’s hot sauce and a pinch of salt before draining it’s water.
You're the bestest Jamie out there thankyou for your wonderful videos. A huge thankyou to the lovely people who video you. And edit it. We appreciate you 🙏 ❤ 💙 💛

Graham Kerr did the yoghurt trick decades ago. Works every time RIP.
I wonder how veganizing this recipe by sub'ing tofu skins for the phyllo pastry and non-dairy yogurt would work out?
As much as I love tofu, I doubt it. It might work of you blend tofu with water to form a dough, but it is problably a lot easier to find or make vegan filo pastry.
Phyllo pastry is vegan just use vegan butter
I love Jaimie, he’s always excited when he sees what he made! Gold! Love from 🇮🇱 my friend
LOOK OK 😎🥤💥💥💥💥💥💥

Were are the new potatos this year? We are in Germany and we have nothing
I must admit, vegatubles are packed full of nutrients and you don't need much more to be healthy if you're not active and sat down in an office all day (like most of us). You do need a lot more if you're physically active though (especially if you're a professional athlete) but I feel like the push to veggi dishes is more marketing from the Jamie team. Of course I'm happy if anyone disagrees with me and I'd love a personal response from Jamie.. which won't happen because I'm sure he has a team that looks after his UA-cam channel.
So just add the “more” that you need. It is a basic pie recipe not a meal plan, much less one planned for professional athletes.
As a meal for 99% of the population- yes this is all you, if you think you need more than this yet wonder why you are overweight, wonder no more.
Red meat is the healthiest, most nutrients-packed food on earth. In fact it's the only ingredient on which humans could survive if they had to eat only one food. Veggies are delicious, but the most nutritious veg can't even compete in front of a casual beef steaks when it comes to vitamines electrolytes and macros. Let alone the protein, of course.
There's a big anti-meat marketing push in society atm.
Like ❤
Add some minced lamb or beef. Or chicken or tuna and you’ve really got something. I guess salmon or cod would be good with this as well
You have enough proteins in there with the chickpeas and yoghurt “cheese”
But it would be nice with a nice piece of grilled salmon on the side😊
Jamie, it's not water it's whey!
Why do you call the green squash courgettes/ zucchini. Isn’t there a fancy name for yellow squash?
You can give me one 😅
WHy Jamie likes cooking with non-stick pans so much? Aren't they toxic ?
No they not none sticking pan's are good
You made a pie and I made a pizza ))
This isn’t really an accurate look at vegetable servings. You can’t eat 1/4 of that pie in one go. You’ll have a lot of regrets, and he didn’t serve up 1/4 of that either. Looks delicious, but eating a large spoonful of that pie in one meal won’t set you up for your daily 5. Maybe just eat 1-2 servings of veg in a meal twice a day and do the same with fruit, maybe doing a third veg depending on your weight/height, how much you’re eating in total.
Nice review 👌 have you tried anything similar
Speak for yourself! I could eat a quarter of that pie no dramas.
@@joannabrown2995 😅😅 You are the real deal
@joannabrown2995 what's your favourite meal?
Absolutely 0 seasoning in that pie filling
Don't need it ..
It has the fennel seeds and harissa
I would put slat and pepper though
Thats the Awesome part of it
@@Anth230 guarantee your foods bland as anything. Ever heard of salt?
@@akshayparab5672 It’s blandness? Not awesome. Salt exists you know
No thanks, not for me. I’m vegan and i wouldn’t thank you for that.
Chickpeas are not a vegetable...
Legumes are a type of vegetable.
The vegetable food group includes dark green vegetables, red and orange vegetables, starchy vegetables, and legumes (beans and peas).
@@jandreid2023 no lol
that's like saying fruits are vegetables
they're not
@@jessicahansen1288
According to the USDA Dietary Guidelines, legumes, specifically beans, dried peas and lentils, are classified as vegetables.
Vegetables come from many different parts of the plant, including the leaves, roots, tubers, flowers, stems, seeds and shoots. Legumes are the seeds of the plant and are eaten in their immature form as green peas and beans, and the mature form as dried peas, beans, lentils and chickpeas.
@@jandreid2023 the USDA is wrong
calling legumes vegetables is like calling eggs or cheese "meat" just cause they come from an animal
they are culinarily distinct and biologically distinct (they are legumes)
calling them vegetables just cause they come from a plant is silly, especially when fruits aren't "because they have seeds," as if that explains the arbitrariness of it
@@jessicahansen1288
Did you know that legumes is a French word for vegetables?
And according to the University of Cambridge - Sainsbury Laboratory in England as well as the British Heart Foundation:
"Legumes are dried peas, beans and lentils which are referred to as pulse, or pulse vegetables. And what's more, pulses are one of the few foods to be classed as both a vegetable and a protein."
