10-12 hours if you do it straight, no breaks, that how long it takes me to do it on someone . On myself, it took 2 days cause, we’ll I can’t see behind my head and I took many many breaks

Just did jumbo faux Locs using spring twists hair. I just counted and so also have 30 locs . I ran out of spring twists hair and used Marley hair and old lulutreas bohemian curl hair . Turned out nice . Will upload a video this week

Do she did these without a crochey needle which means she was just easing the hair into her braid then wrapping around
How many hair packs did you use?
I do my hair in the beginning of January last year and the method I used took FOREVER and was heavy. However you my dear have shortened up the time Immensely. My head is huge and I have not been feeling my wigs lately I’ve been thinking about doing these and just keeping them in until I get tired but I kept this style for like 3 months when I had it hair both grew and broke off. Could I moisturize my natural hair underneath?
Charlie London before you do the style make sure u do. Deep conditioning session, then if u need to do a hydration session as well. Also while the style is in make sure be sure to oil ya scalp .
Yes! Conditioning before is vital, be on top of oiling your scalp, but also listen to your hair, if it’s time to take em out, do so, to prevent unnecessary breakage

It’s a curl, i just leave it. It mattes on its own. You can seal with a lighter if you’re comfortable to!

Boujienaa What i did was buy braiding hair and just basically do box braids and then wrap the dread hair around the braid! Which is what she’s doing here but because your hair is short you just need to extend it that’s all babe. I hope this helps
Yup! I rubber band the parts first and then braid when doing shorter hair. I crochet the loc hair from there. Sometimes with shorter hair just the braid isn’t strong enough to hold the faux loc

In the back of my head yes! however, as I explain in the video, once I work my way up to the middle and top of my head I’ll continue to add hair (up to 4/5 crochet locs) until it’s the length I want.

Yes! Depending on how short, you can use rubber bands loosely at the root
How do you keep yours in the loc shape?
Make I don’t wrap too lose of too tight. Tuck and wrap and be sure the entire braid is covered!
I wonder if I can do this style over natural starter locs?
Yes you can! If you have enough space at your root to crochet the hair through
