Is it allowed to set up a roadside stand to sell exclusively cottage food items? with no permit
Is it true that to sell boiled peanuts you do not need any permit?
Can I ship across state lines ?

I wonder if popping just a little bit for the smell, and discarding what’s popped would be allowed?
@@methatronn that’s a very good question I’d also like the answer too
Kettle corn operators are permittted by the state; you can only pop at home to fall under cottage food
How would these laws pertain to a charcuterie board prepared for a picnic business.
I would check with FDACS, but since it requires refrigeration, I would think not.
Home occupation permit do I need that to open a cottage food operation ?
It must be your residence
