So if people want to get tax benefits of ppty taxes reductions then the farm business and holding the land would have to be in the same business entity right?? for insurance purposes too? But then in case of a lawsuit lawyers always advise to keep the property and hold it separately in a separate LLC to avoid having the property to be exposed to liability as opposed to just the business being sued , which does not own the property. Any advice? thank you!
