Did your tractor have a thermostat? I'm working on my te20, and there isn't one. I'm assuming it would be where the top radiator hose connects at 25:25 on your video. Good video and new subscriber.

Yes, I do believe it did, but can't remember for sure. It should be in one of the videos right around this one, and you can check by using the playlist: ua-cam.com/video/gdC1VKxBkWw/v-deo.html Good luck!

You were right on the money with the rear housing leaking rather than the pump. Also, exactly where you indicated it was leaking. Just a follow-up to the Permatex Ultra Black... Have you used the tractor often since then and has the Permatex held up? I've never used it solo, always used it WITH the gasket.
Thanks again for the video, I appreciate it Sir.

Thanks Chris, yes I have used the tractor a good deal and no leaks at all. The Permatex has held up great! 😊

Perfect my husband looking for something like this he has a 52 Massey Ferguson he loves his tractor he had water leak he replaced the water pump but actually it's behind the water pump and the answer was the housing behind the water pump. And the rain corporate of all the things was the connection to the alternator it being the cause for the unit to have leakage thank you very much much happier
