Several Oklahoma natives join the festivities celebrating the opening of the 1989 Olympics in Tulsa--Kay Starr, James Garner, Dale Robertson, Jody Miller, Candace Earley, and Miss America Jane Jayroe. Patti Page then enters and sings "Old Cape Cod" and "Oklahoma Blues."
