"I Am Sam" is the compelling story of Sam Dawson (Sean Penn), a mentally-challenged father raising his daughter Lucy (Dakota Fanning) with the help of a unique group of friends. The most beautiful movie i have ever seen
they are a bunch of adults , in a greed torn world where people are selfish, lie and do all sorts of vices to earn some bucks. But here this group is so humble they have no shame contributing few dollars. This is scene is just too pure
These are guys who remind me of the good friends I had during a pretty hard and lonely time in my life.
It seems like such an insignificant thing but honestly, how many friends will go with you to help pick out the best pair of shoes for you kid and front you some of the money to buy them without being asked or expecting anything in return?

"At Close Range" (1986) is said to be very good also. 😀 Sean was married to Madonna when "At Close Range" came out. Madonna sang the theme song for it. It's called "Live To Tell" and the music video includes scenes from the movie.
