I was just saying that I had thought to move to MX when I got older, but now I'm not sure where I'd go. I once had Baja in mind. Oh well, I still love Mexico whether I live there or not.
They don't habe guts, they are just too naive and maybe a bit of stupid. I would never risk my life in those areas because I know of all crimes perpetrated by narcos around beaches. I call this type of trip "suicidal trip".
I live on the border and and am a high school teacher. Many of my Hispanic students have family in Mexico and they travel down to see close relatives for Mexican Mother's day, Christmas/New Years, and birthdays and have been doing this for years. Recently, one of my students took his 14 year old sister down to Hermosillo to see grandma, a trip they had done many times and never thought anything about it. They were on the outskirts of Hermosillo when two car loads of young guys forced them off the road then escorted them off on a dirt road to a remote area. They were armed and wanted to take my students sister to have "some fun" with. There was one guy with a conscience in the group of the five of them that talked the the others out of it saying she was "Too young". The whole ordeal took about two hours. My student got a couple of his uncles to escort them back to the border and now none of the family go down unless it's broad daylight and in large caravans. My student was sick thinking what could of happened to his sister. He said it was the Arizona plates on a nice new Ford that initially got the thugs attention, his sister was just the icing on the cake. Scary. Edit: My story is true and current. There are many more with out comes much worse than what happened to my friend. You've been warned.
Here is a pro tip . never go to sleep with dirty dishes in your sink . its cleaner living and when you wake up . during your morning routine. You put them up . dry .
Funny you should mention that. To my surprise, teleworking turned me into a neat-freak. Now that I find myself living in my house 24/7, I can't tolerate clutter, unmade beds and dishes in the sink anymore. And turns out I'm not that bad of a cook! Holy crap, I'm a man whose become his mother.
Hope these people have a compost toilet if not they are as dirty as homeless people. We catch these people in Tahoe all the time so of the nasty people you’ll run across Get a job and a house nasty people Just saying respect gets respect keep the earth remote living free and clean

Watching you sit on the bed getting ready reminds me of my RV I just moved out of. I would say it was a little bit bigger than a sprinter van. And I am now living in a three-bedroom house and I feel it's too big. I miss standing next to my husband in any part of the house. The RV was old and kind of gross it was third hand and definitely not equipped for living in. While I was in it I was frustrated and angry over no space. How cramped and tight everything was. And now that I'm in the house with different rooms, I think I miss my RV. At least I miss the closeness of everything. And I know that that's a huge part of Van life especially those who have family.
