These stories always make me think of how lucky us Italian are to have such a great heath system compared to other EU “advanced” countries. It’s a shame that they disregarded coral’s fear and worries

true but at least the hospital was a lot cleaner than what we would have found in Italy

Congratulations, it’s sad because the doctors and nurses in the NHS truly want to do their best to provide an excellent service to the patients, but it’s the system that’s flawed. They’re responsible for too many patients at once sadly. You come across a few gems in the NHS and the quality of the treatment depends on who you’re treated by unfortunately
