Ilene Woods was born in 1929 and died in 2010 at the age of 82. One day we all die. But, our memories lives on and the same is true of Ilene Woods, her voice and character of Cinderella lives on. I was born in 1991 and I wonder sometimes how different the world will be when I'm also 82 in year 2079, how different that world will be to the one I was born in? 😳😳😳
@@sf8196 maybe we'll know when we ourselves are at their age. Maybe it wont be the same in the sense of new cars and new and WW1 and WW2 or Cold War but in the sense of that fleeting feeling of withering time and place and people as time passes by as the joutney gets longer and as we have more time to look back on so many memories and also in turn to offer so much stories and experience and telling our future generation of OUR by gone eras.
My theory is that this tune comes from Wagner. The orchestral rendition of this song in the movie is played in the background while Cinderella rushes off to the garden bench after having her dress torn down, which bears uncanny resemblance to the prologue of Gotterdammerung. There's also echoes from Tannhauser later on.
@@Thomas_H._SmithYou may be right. But...Her face and styles reminds me Helene. I simply thought her voice wasn't recorded. Playback. I watched her lips weren't synchronised.
@@josemariatrueba4568 I guess that's means I just didn't do to good of a job synchronizing it. Still if you look up pictures of Ilene, you'll realize this is her.
This is so amazing to see how DISNEY co. back then was all bout PASSION TALENT and CREATIVITY. Now current WOKE DISNEY doing the horrible Snow White Remake. This company as turn into a SOULESS SHELL that hates what Walt Disney built.
Her voice is so beautiful and magical.

my grandmother was also born in 1929 and died in 2010 at age 82. I've thought about that too, and also what it must've been like to live in their era.

Isn't she Helene Stanley actress?
No, Helene Stanley was the live action reference model, Ilene Woods is the voice.
@@Thomas_H._Smith That's right. I meant Helene is who we see here. Isn't she?
@@josemariatrueba4568 No this is Ilene.
