Northwestern is not a good team. If Wisconsin gets off to a strong start, they should win handily. Mindset of this team is going into this game is totally different than last year. Defense is playing much better this year. Last year we only ran the ball 24 times because we were behind by 2 and 3 scores. I'd imagine we're going to try and establish the running game and exploit matchups on the edges.

Vandy actually has a good team this year btw, it’s not like the vandy of old where teams sleepwalk to 40 point wins.

Fun fact Sagarin has South Dakota ranked higher than Northwestern.

It doesn’t matter how bad NW is and how good UW may be, Evanston is and always has been a den of horrors! Cannot afford big plays by NW, turnovers, and stupid mistakes or this game will be yet another embarrassing loss to the Mildcats.

The Badgers have won a total of 2 times since 1999 at NW - they have been favored to win in almost every game.
