I remember my Maternal Grand Mom giving me Coconut burfi also known as thenga burfi. Whenever I see this, I always remember her and cry as she used always love me and care for me. In the year 2012, that was when I met her at Tirupati and was the last time she had given me a sweet. I lost her in the year 2013.
I’ll always dedicate this recipe to her whenever I make it.
