    About to take delivery of m590 tomorrow wondering how long and what temperature for first cook of chicken thighs.

      400°F for around 45-60 min cook time. You want an internal of around 175°F of the chicken thighs.

    Just curious. This would have been a perfect segment using the Bullseye. RecTeq, why did you not use the Bullseye instead of the bull?
