Ayana didn't really need to slap Mitsumasa and make a misunderstanding event for him to see on the train. I am glad that Mitsumasa decided to mess with Tamura for overworking his employees. I would have been glad if Tamura had been forced to work exactly how he forced his former employees for some ironic justice. How come nobody brought this to the CEO sooner and the girl should have sued or at least taken pictures of her father in the hospital because of all the overtime? CEOs need to keep a close eye on what is going on in their company and their workers cause if they look off in someway after working for a day something is wrong.
That's the thing with black companies...they break down and gaslight the employees into thinking that they're nothing, and if they leave they're going to continue to be nothing.
The CEO admitted he knew the workers were going way beyond human ability to achieve and he didn't try to get to know them or reward them. The bad manager most likely learned his black ways from him and he became the scapegoat when someone noticed. Also this is why most rich companies have a financial advisor to catch embezzlement and unpaid overtime to avoid costly lawsuits. The CEO needs to be fired as well

I keep telling everyone, including you who doesn't seem to get it, that the MC wore the expression of someone about to take their life in a couple of days. I've been in way too much of this BS. The air feels heavy, the person feels lifeless, then they start questioning themselves, their existence, etc. Next to that they try to make themselves happy for a few days before ending it. As for the girl, it seems like it's not her first time seeing someone take their own life. @@blueravenstar4162 bro first of all, I wanna thank you for being reasonable and actually asking. it's not that I don't get why a lot disagree. It's just that, in my experience, sometimes a nudge or even shaking the person isn't gonna snap them out of it. You need something to get that out of that trance-like state. I've been there before, my siblings and my dad saved me twice. No matter how much they try to talk to you, it won't go through. You can hear them, but all that emotion in your heart keeps all of what they are saying from actually making sense. And in the end, you're just gonna you're own life anyway. Slapping them is a means of breaking that trance-like state, adrenaline then starts kicking in. You gotta apologize after of course, once they get their bearings you gotta talk to them. Because sometimes all these people really need is someone to listen to their problems, unclog all of that feeling inside their hearts. In the MC's case, it doesn't help that he also has over-fatigue which worsens it 10 fold. It doesn't need to be a hard slap like what the FMC did, but it's a way to get your adrenaline going, to bring back your focus. Otherwise you'd just be like a zombie no matter how many times people try tor each out to you.

As for Tamura
After he was fired for abusing his employees and that he underpaid them. He was blacklisted from the industry he worked in due to his mid age his abuse and his lack of respect for others and remorse for his actions. Tamura asked his family to help him but his family also found out about his abuse and completely disowned him while also cutting ties with him. Tamura lived on the streets but he still didn’t let go of his pride so much that he decided to do the unthinkable. Tamura later snuck back into the company and held mitsumasa hostage blaming him for his downfall. The other employees tried to stop him but Tamura only hurt them more and when one employee said that he did this is himself, that employee was completely injured to a near death by Tamura in a fit of rage. The CEO heard the commotion and saw that Tamura had returned to cause trouble, The CEO upon his seeing his employees in bad condition was enraged, the enraged CEO beat down Tamura and completely threw him out of the office but waiting outside was a group of cops who were called by the CEO and Tamura was arrested for assault battery and attempted murder and The judge seeing as Tamura is guilty of many severe crimes was sentenced to life imprisonment for good. Tamura was beaten down by inmates frequently that is until he became a lifeless NPC that never woke up from existence.

I do not understand how the CEO did not what was going on with that department. Jinguji helped Mitsumasa start his company. He recognized his talent. Very few people are proactive in deducting why their parents are in poor health, yes your job or career will have hazards and cutthroat competition, but thats if you work for someone or an institution, be ready when it's extended family that does your family dirty, like an uncle that sells a business to your father knowing theirs no market or demograph to tap into, your family incures debt that nearly bankrupts household, father copes with heavy drinking gets sick and it snowballs into final insufferable wretched years, of course with you along for a miserable ride while missing out on youth...no karma yet, but a few uncle's and family are intolerable strangers to me.
Service Manager Tamura for treating his employees so horribly 😔 and it's great that Jinguji was able to help Mitsuasa save his previous colleagues from that abuse of company and it's also great that Ayana apologize to him for smacking him and that he was able to also hire her father too.😊

Very great story! Serves Department manager Tamura right! For treating his employees along with Mitsumasa as his slaves and for giving them overtime work hours. He deserves to be fired and punished. I honestly felt bad for Mitsumasa having to deal with all of this suffering, same with his friends. Ayane may have slapped Mitsumasa and not giving a reason why, but that was because, like she said, she reminded him of his dad struggling, the same situation Mitsumasa and the others were having. It felt satisfying seeing Tamura being scolded and fired by the president. Now Mitsumasa and the others can work peacefully.

I used to work at a company that deals with color printers and labels. I was fired due to the constant rumors that caused me to lose company benefits that eventually made me lose my job. But now, I work at a restaurant due to realizing that I enjoy working with food and improving recipes. My company is actually doing great with better tasting food than its other locations.

I’ve worked at a sketchy company before. They promised so much and didn’t deliver. Just to stay afloat I was forced to work 56 hours without sleep 120 hours in a week and 82 days before I finally quit and found another job.

I worked at a call center that was not as bad as this. But they broke my contract, along with civil and federal laws. So I quit, and sent an email to not only everyone in that global multinational company, but also at the company we contracted from. The fall out was that within 2 weeks of my leaving, almost 3/4 of the workforce also quit. The building manager was fired. Just a little over a year later the place shut down and within a few years the entire company went under.also during this time, multiple lawsuits were filed that they lost costing them millions.

Being fired not means it's over, some developed countries need new startups due to the longevity of old companies, but the deal is with the culture of those countries about work.
Stop abuses against workers and is not ONE lifetime job. If You want to make a business, do it without the others look down to You by not follow the protocol of life. Obviously with the cautions and rules that You need to follow to avoid problems with other people, specially with public institutions.
