Yes, hydroureteronephrosis can damage the kidney if they obstruction is too much causing back pressure changes or the reflux which is happening is causing recurrent urine infections. Kidney damage, if it has occurred cannot be reversed.

Chronic huwa hai as in?? Pehle UDS karke fir bladder ka status dekhna hai. Fir agar medicines chalegi ki nahi pata chalega. Agar nahi to bladder reconstruction lag sakta hai. Yeh standard protocol hai . Ab apka bacha kidhar baith ta hai woh patient dekh ke hi pata chalega
