I guess I have watched all the' what I eat in a day' and this is the one this is the first time that I can so relate to a TV artist's eating routine... M so glad that u did not utter the same things which are expected .. u have given me hopes .. I m also a foodie like I can feel if I try to go on a diet I m not happy in that so I eat what I want and its from today only that I have started going on walk .. for walk and running .. bcz I m here in a hostel and I guess without ghr Ka Khana I m already losing some weight so why even cut on the little gud food I have for this weight loss .. being happy and doing some kind of workout I think that can help everything
