#WandaVision #Episode6 #EasterEggs
Agnes was the only person actually able to speak to Vision while being that far from Wanda, and thats before he even awoke her. She’s not like the rest.
Yes! Also, they mention how all the townspeople's fake identities are quite close to their actual identities, keeping families together etc, but then when Vision encounters Agnes he wonders how she could get lost in "the town she grew up in", clearly hinting at the fact that she's actually NOT one of the original townspeople and that she doesn't actually belong there like all the others do.
I think herb is one of them to he asked if Wanda wanted anything changing 🧐
Yes, and also Agnes didn't scream or even seem shocked when she was woken up by vision. On the scene when Herb was, he seemed much more broken and suffering!
Agnes is an actual witch in the comics i believe
@@russellrobinson6499 honestly I won’t stand any Herb slander, he is just a nice man minding his business I won’t believe he’s some sort of evil being
When Billy broke the fourth wall, whilst him and Tommy and Pietro were playing video games. You could see Pietro looking at Billy awkwardly almost like what is he doing. Giving this sense that he is aware
I noticed that too..out of all the breakdown videos this week..nobody is talking about it..
@@MikeyBats check thecanadianlad's vid about ep 6 he mentioned that too! Its really funny when I saw that haha
The episode is based on malcom in the middle in that show they talk to the camera alot
@@zachdawson1822 we know...but when (the said person) is talking to the camera, that person is the only one that’s breaking the 4th wall..no one else...that’s what we’re talking about
I think pietro is nightmare cuz I find strange why would mephisto a devil refer to giving children nightmares. I think he came to collect on his master debt. Since he did offer agnes and wanda this reality in return for her children to make him come in human form or become soldiers in his army
It would’ve been next level if the “dead Quicksilver” jump scare was Aaron Taylor Johnson for that split second
I kind of saw the jump scare coming, and I was surprised that it wasn't Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
It was for sure a missed opportunity imo
KickAss was one of my fav movies... blew my mind that I forgot both buddies ended up playin quicksilver
They should've had it be Clark Duke (the third friend from Kick-Ass).
@@da6dac979 it’s been fully released for almost a month, didn’t you see the last episode.
Why isn't anyone talking about how Every character in the Hex having an original identity and were given a new name, but when Vision speaks to Agnes, he calls her Agnes and she doesn't blink an eye at it.
How have I never noticed that
@Salty Pineapple Yeah, looking back at Ep 5, Norm didn't even react when he was being called. First time he called Agnes by her name, she was looking right at him and didn't remark on it at all, but responded to his comments.
Maybe she really is an Agnes, she has no identity card yet. Also, where's Dottie?
There's always one of these, "why isn't anyone talking about" comments in every video of every episode. Trust me my friend there's always someone else who also notices. Anything can be an easter egg, but not everything is immediately important my friend. That's not to say that this isn't important though.
I feel like she's acting when Vision zapps her. Norm is all panicked, while she just remains herself and speaks in a regular tempo. I don't trust her.
Did anyone else notice how Pietro looked at the camera and Billy during one of the Malcolm in the middle-like scenes where Billy was addressing the audience about his Mom and dad arguing?
That was so weird
yup!
That is what happened tonthe sitcom they are trying to copy tho 💀
Ya when he broke the 4th wall, I saw that in my first watch and had me shook
Just rewatched it, Pietro never looks at the camera, only at Billy
I gotta say, the shot of the woman putting up the Halloween decoration, with the tear dropping from her eye, is the scariest scene in the MCU.
The scariest scene in the MCU for me is when wanda randomly sees visions corpse in i think episode 4, I screamed..
@@ky6948 and I had an adrenaline spike at zombie pietro
I agree! Because it's not a stupid jump scare. It's meaningful. That's why it's scary.
Having to repeat that scene over and over and over. You're alive and you have no idea what's happening or why you can't stop doing this. It's insane! This scene really messed me up.
Being a prisoner trapped inside your own body, but retaining your consciousness has always been one of the scariest thoughts. She is completely helpless. Can't even kill herself to end it. There is only pain.
When quicksilver said “it’s not like your dead husband can die twice” I think one of the reasons it really pissed Wanda off was because she literally had to watch vision die twice in Infinity War
Exactly. Wanda had to kill Vision, and then had to watch Thanos kill him again. No doubt for PTSD 🥺🥺
Yup
I asked myself why would she violently attack her own brother?... One day after I watched, it struck me... OMG Quicksilver could not have known that Vision died once before! He said before he only remembers dying in Sokovia and showing up in Westviews. And I don`t think Wanda told him about Vision. So either he lies about who he is or what he remembers/knows. Wanda must be sure that Quicksilver is not who he says, hence the unmitigated attack.
@@BritneyLaZonga you’re right. Deep down Wanda knows that he isn’t her brother..
Sounds like Quicksilver is just a manifestation of Wanda's own mind and not really real possibly.
i noticed in almost every episode the word “stop” is mentioned like when vision’s boss is choking and his wife keeps telling him “stop it”, when agness tells the other dude to “stop” from telling vision the truth, vision’s coworker telling him to “make her stop”, the stop sign in this last episode... this could be a reach but i dont think its a coincidence
It's because they all want Wanda to stop this madness
@@theendeeminer21 When I read that all I heard was Pheobe from Friends saying, "Stop the madness!"
Great catch!!!!
@@annikaslabaugh1602 Now I can’t not hear it lol 😂
Also, the 🛑 sign itself is red, the continuing theme throughout the show. 🤔
Notice how when Pietro talks to Wanda, he says “I’m not some stranger, I’m not your husband” but he never actually says I AM your brother, could be another nod that this isn’t Pietro
When he meets Wanda he says can’t a long lost brother get a hug
Funko Pop released a pop for him and his title is "Pietro Maximoff"
Yeah.. in quotes (")
Like.. it's not really him.
10:10 this commercial is about how everyone on Westview maybe dying from starvation or some disease because Wanda can't make them function like proper human beings well enough
like the shark, she gives people food and housing but maybe people are suffering for something she is not realizing
this made me very anxious
people are suffering A LOT in Westview
Came here to say this. The boy struggles to open the yogurt cup because you can't eat magic. Vision, when he steps out of the hex, says the people need help. Maybe more help than anyone realizes
I kinda got the impression that the shark and the boy in the commercial was supposedly Mephisto and Wanda, hence the word yomagic. Just a silly theory 😬 Or maybe it's too soon to introduce Mephisto into the MCU? Maybe it's all Agnes? 🤔
Update: it's def Agnes, and after seeing that spell book i got the feeling like she's using Wanda to bring "someone" into this world, and that "someone" could be either Mephisto or Nicholas, Agatha's son. Maybe the book works like a portal or it is a piece to create this portal. They def need Wanda for this.
In the comics: Salem's Seven arranged the inert bodies of the Fantastic Four as a nexus (commercial in ep 7) to return Nicholas to the the earthly realm. Agatha was able to take away Salem's Seven's power and keep her son, Nicholas Scratch, imprisoned.
I took the line "its for survivors" as a hint to Wanda having Survivors guilt. Like she feels guilty it was Pietro/Vision who died and not her
@@xXvr4marineXx yes, the woman was crying
they look like they have sleep paralysis
aware of what's happening but can't do anything about it
My thought exactly. The boy can’t eat yo’magic. Aka your magic. They’re dying.

@@pjb-q3o do u know what that means?
One detail is that Norm says “She” while Agnes says “Wanda” like she’s trying to point away from her when Vision “awakens” them
She also was the only one who was able to move and talk before vision awaken her
Exactly. Never trusted Agnes and she was playing poor Vision....
I noticed this as well!
Anyone else notice how visions eyes have previously looked more human even while in his regular form, yet in this episode they are back to their cybernetic look from previous films?
You can also see his breath inside the Hex. But when he's out and struggling, you don't even though you can see the SWORD agents' breath in the cool night air.
these are both excellent catches
Wym they always looks like regular eyes to me
@@MrPropaMusic just look up what his eyes look like in episode 3 versus episode 6
Yeah I noticed his breathe since it was cold
That commercial was a clue:
The shark says he survived by "snacking on yo magic" something is snacking on the magic Wanda and her kids are producing to stay alive.
Which brings me to quicksilver (same attitude as the shark)
Tommy suggests that Billy is afraid of quicksilver because he thinks he's a vampire... Vampires are known for sucking the blood/life force out of their victims... remember Billy is a powerful witch (wizard) so even at this age, he may be detecting something he can't explain yet. It's all such a "nightmare"
Both sharks and vampires seek out blood. And he is feasting on yo-magic.
i think billy is the kid on the commercial, he cant open the yo magic cause he cant handle his powers yet, the shark even call him litle dude, same as pietro does
@@jonathanhadden7157 wow that’s so good
That's interesting. Sharks are normally grey...but could that shark in the commercial also be "Pietro" since it mimics his outfit's colors? The boy on the island is in red -- like Wanda...or it's the kids (Tommy =shark, Billy = boy). Shark zooms in, tells boy that he needs "yo-magic" (your magic) to survive. Billy doesn't understand his powers so he can't "open" (control) them, and he doesn't survive...?
Wow loved it! And was really strange how Pietro keep asking how she does the magic
“The parent trap” on the marquee, I read as about Pietro. in the movie, two people are able to switch places in life and family doesn’t notice the switch..
I never even thought of it that way. Great point!
But Wanda notices even points out there’s differences
That's a great point. And The Incredibles mirrors Civil War (registering superheroes) as well as the show (putting a family of 4 superheroes into average suburban lives). I wonder if there's more there?
"she could actually be Agatha Harkness"
at this point there's no could about it, the fact she can 100% function past the freezing zone definitely feeds into it
Who's Agatha harkess?
Wanda's mentor in the comics the series is drawing from, she also helps her deal with trauma by wiping her memory when she learns the truth about her children, in the series she seems to have a more sinister role
She’s also manically searching for her necklace , maybe it protects her from Wandas powers and she forgot to put it back on when changing into costume. That’s why she’s kinda frozen as well.
Also the young boy commercial could reference to how wanda felt alone and she was approached by agent of devil, ideally being agnes harkness to do this new kind of magic to create west view
Omg stop saying its agatha there is no evidence
In the commercial, when the kid asked what the shark did to sate his hunger, the shark replies "Snacking on yo-magic!" Possibly hinting that something's feeding off Wanda's magic?
Underrated comment
Ohh that’s a good theory 👀
And Wanda is left trying to open the yo-magic (use her magic to satisfy her hunger for control over her life) to feed herself but is starving?
I would love it if an obscure X-Men villain like Belasco or The Adversary was behind it all.
I think they're using what she's done - creating the Hex - to bring other people from other verses THROUGH the Hex into our 'verse. In Episode 5, when the doorbell rang, Wanda says to Vision, "I didn't do that" (implying Wanda didn't summon Pietro). At the same time that Darcy catches the Pietro scene on the telly, there's a breach alarm going off inside the S.W.O.R.D. base. Maybe whoever helped Wanda create the Hex did so, so that they can use the Hex themselves, and they used that chance while Wanda was distraught and distracted, to bring someone else in through another 'verse just like they did Pietro, and that person immediately escaped? That breach alarm is NEVER mentioned again in Ep. 6.
This is the ideal explanation,i see people making exaggerating funny theories of it and getting over 200 likes 😂
Nobody’s been talking about this but heyward said something that caught my attention. When he’s arguing with Monica he says if we kill Wanda then this whole... nightmare... can be over. If the villain turns out to be nightmare then this could be a huge missed clue.
Pietro is highly likely Nightmare
Wanda's son naturally suspicions him of being a vampire.
Ppl are saying it may be Mephisto due to all the devil references
Most reveiws I've seen have picked up on that... just saying. Also they pick up on alot more clues too. The one thing I have only seen one comment on is the Kane Soda. Which could be Kane of Mutant X program. Or and this is one I have yet to see is Kaine, a Spiderman clone by Dr. Mile Warren who created the Carrion Virus. A virus that turns people into walking corpses. This is also backed by 'Night of The Living Dead' playing on the screen in the background and the Tombstone Dr. Rivus. Rivus an anagram of Virus.
We know the MCU is going dark and will have Vamps and demons why not Zombies, or zombie like people too? Also we know the High Evolutionary is in play in the MCU guess who Dr. Warren worked for?
Best theory I've seen so far: Mephisto is feeding off of Wanda's magic, so Wanda isn't really in control anymore. Things are happening out of her control and also, whenever she starts to get a realization that what she's doing is wrong, something or someone pops up to make her continue keeping the hex going.
That’s exactly what the commercial is saying, I think.
Totally agree with this. I think we actually won't see the end of this until Dr strange 2, Dr strange and her will team up to fully wipe out mephisto. The show will end with his plan seemingly foiled but in "reality" it what what he wanted... She created 2 super kids he can control, maybe even caused a rip in the multiverse where now characters from other will start bleeding in. Dr strange will get involved since this is huge lol
@@Batmarkman Nightmare is a better fit than Meph. though I am sure he's connected in some way too, probably Dotty. "Devil's in the details"
Don't think they will introduce Mephisto into the movieverse. It will be Dormammu getting revenge.
"Yo-Magic is for survivors" suggests to me that she has survivor's guilt for living through Ultron. Her magic saved her.
Ultron is the one who called her and Pietro survivors in the first place.
Exactly
I assumed it meant that Wanda survived her trauma because of her magic
Her magic was the reason for her survival and she would be nothing without it
That’s how I interpreted the commercial
She would have died a long time ago if she didn’t have her magic to lean on
Like the boy is a representation of Wanda and she needs her magic to survive on her own
And that the island represents her loneliness
That last loneliness part just came to me right now
Basically saying Wanda would have died alone without her magic
I interpreted it as even tho she had magic she still died and lost like she did in Infinity war. Even with all her power she couldn’t save Vision or herself.
I feel like it means more that her magic can't save someone from death. Probably referring to vision. The commercial he had yo-magic but still died so it didn't save him.
Also: when Hydra experimented on her she had to show her magic in order to survive. She hadn't these powers yet to it was hard to peel them off. Could it be?
When Billy calls Wanda in her costume "Red Riding Hood" : the actual story of Red Riding Hood is that a beast fools the girl into thinking he's part of her family, only to feed off of her (just like Mephisto would feed off Wanda's "YoMagic")
I thought the line: “you can talk to me. I’m not a stranger, or your husband.” Was wayyyy suspicious. Maybe someone trying to get info out of Wanda?
He's not who he says he is
yeah but that is what is weird to me if he was the one manipulating her to do this why would he be trying to get this kind of info out of her?
It might be too much of a stretch but it would be funny if it was a reference to Taylor Aaron Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen playing married couple in Godzilla and also the fact that obviously Evan Peters is a stranger to her
It’s really Dr. Strange

All these Easter egg videos are like: "here we see a piece of paper. This is probably a reference to how comic books are printed on paper."
Truly they're scraping the bottom of the barrel now to have as many “Easter eggs” as possible. Sorta annoying
The license plate on Agnes' car starts with a zero. Zero Cool is the name that the main character goes by in the movie Hackers. Maybe Wanda is referencing how the Hex is her way to "hack the planet", or maybe they're suggesting that she actually was Angelina Jolie's character in Hackers. /s
Yeah that three witches point was ridiculous
How Marvel named the mission as “Cataract” made me appreciate the incredible amount of work that goes into these films 🔥🔥
The devil is in the details 😉
MCU films have always had this unbelievable attention to details. That's why you can have 30 different shows on the internet just to discuss MCU Easter Eggs. Contrast that with DC films where the only constant is that everything is dark and dreary and everyone hates himself and everyone around him. DC specializes in angst and self-doubt. MCU is inventive and filled with sly humor.
@@Ironfangzu DC films are just insulting our intelligence.
@@shoWbitz I'm wheezing 😂
So for an extra bit of fun, starting with the beginning of the episode, there's a skull mask on the corner of the mirror, but only when Vision or Pietro are in the scene. This continues as every single time they're on screen OR Wanda is talking to them, a skeleton is in the background, whether or not it's an inanimate object or a person dressed as a skeleton. There's even a graveyard when Vision is in the cul-de-sac where things are "broken". Later Wanda blasts Pietro into another graveyard.
You're wrong about the beginning as the skull remains throughout the entire scene and Vision/Pietro are in the entire first scene. And skeletons are a common Halloween decoration so that might be a stretch.
Good catch. Signals they're dead.
The spider web in the window while Evans Quicksilver is talking with Wanda made me think of a nod to the spider-verse. Wish they put a spider on it just for the little extra
"The Parent Trap" could be a foreshadowing of Wanda finding out that she is the daughter of Magneto. And The Incredibles tells the story of a super powered family, just like the House of M
Parent trap could also imply that the wanda seen in the sitcoms is not the real Wanda.
When he says to Darcy "Which one of you is the sassy best friend"
I think this is a nod to "Two Broke Girls" the show in which Darcy / Kat Dennings had years ago, where she played basically the same character in the MCU.
It's a racist trope that black women play the "sassy best friend" to the white female protagonist in a lot of movies / tv shows.
@@megverner9982 Definitely noticed that as well, so it just further reminded me to HATE the Director.
When Hayward says "and which one of you is the sassy best friend" it's also a nod to the fact that both characters were the sassy friend in the thor and captain marvel movies.

The guy who spotted the HEX code of red in Agne's license plate needs to close Photoshop for a break 😂🥳
Yeah it's bluish black

@@NCMullinsVA - it is only bluish-black if you start with a ZERO.

@@DavidASahakian Yeah, it pretty clearly looks to be a zero or the letter "O".
Maybe it’s nothing, but when wanda stresses to the boys “dont go past ellis ave.” Is that because she knows she can’t control them and keep them from leaving westview?
that’s exactly what that was.
I thought so, but I thought hey maybe I’m looking too deeply into it
@@midland53 I would have thought it's more likely because she doesn't want the kids knowing that there is more than just Westview.
I felt it was more like she knew what would happen to vision, and is scared thinking that it may happen to her children too. She doesn’t know/think that she isn’t controlling them, and fears they would be destroyed thinking that they would be affected the same way as vision. More like she just is scared of the “what if,” and it may not stem from her wanting to control them. BUT idk hahaha
i wanna point out how *convenient* it was that agnes was there. maybe she was also warning them of agnes?
When Vision is asked "Am I dead? Because you're dead." The music is almost identical to the "I see dead people" scene from The Sixth Sense.
That tattoo is also, literally, “Your Mom.”
Seriously though, that yogurt commercial traumatized me
Actually the actor Evan Peters has "Mom" tattooed on his real life left arm. But ofc the MCU creators could have made that invisible or changed it to anything they wanted instead. It's just coincidence that the word "Mom", partially obscured, could be read as "HoM", aka House of Madness.
@@Ironfangzu I think they left it in because what takes place after this series? Multiverse of Madness.

We may get magneto by the end of all this idk it really seems like they are gunna use this show to introduce mutants

Who's the mom?
I like this theory that I read in another comment section:
" So. Was the, "For the Children" chant... was that the townspeople acknowledging that they knew the children were being held hostage in their own beds and reminding themselves outloud that they have to go along with Wanda's sitcom because they have to keep the children safe? "
nice!!
That sounds very plausible. Thank you for sharing.
what if even the commercial was referring to those children held at home frozen and thus slowly dying because they cannot eat/function
This sounds heartbreaking although I hate children
@@kateb.6437 I think your on to something here.
....so many Easter eggs.
My take on the commercial allegory: The child represents Wanda/innocence and he was dying of starvation on an island. After the commercial airs, Wanda explains to Pietro that she only remembers feeling "alone" and "endless emptiness". So I think the commercial is explaining how the town got started. Sharks in pop culture are usually evil so I think the shark that comes out of the water and offers the child "YoMagic" is a representation of am evil character that helped her create the town. The shark leaves, but the boy is still doomed. Similarly, Wanda has this town and "everything she wants" but the facade is coming to an end, and once it ends, Vision will still be dead. (Evidemced by him leaving the hex and immediately beginning to die) Also, time on the island moved very fast, just like how every episode is a new decade in WandaVision
It's interesting that the Shark sounded like Evan Peters.
In regards to the Yo-Magic commercial, the kid couldn't break the seal on the yogurt and eventually died...just like Vision couldn't break the "seal" back to reality and eventually died (maybe?)
Hire this person
He did break the seal and it was killing him.

The reason why Hayward’s target was vision was because Hayward was experimenting on vision and wanted him back for experimentation purposes. This is why he also did not help vision out of the Hex because he wanted him to die to get his body parts back.
Just fyi: when they were siting on the “hay” 🤣 Pietro didn’t say that he is her brother, he said that “I’m not a stranger, I’m not your husband” I think that’s the clue...
He said he is her brother in Episode 5
So why he didn’t assure her that moment as well? And how would he knew that Vision would die twice? It was an awkward moment :)

@@TheSambus21 is any clue gonna change your mind , if not then why bother to put the question mark at the end ?
When Wanda says the line about “walking their dogs, mowing the lawns, getting to the dentist on time” it feels like very specific examples. Obviously they’re generic but they come to kind fast as it she’s already overwhelmed by all of these tasks she has to manage.
yeah, she can't be expected to make them all eat and drink and poop. oh no, they haven't pooped! no wonder they're in pain!
Maybe when Pietro says he’s there to “give Wanda grief,” he means that he literally showed up to remind her of her brother’s death in Age of Ultron, openly admit to what she’s doing, and use her powers in front of everyone. This is probably why she doesn’t care about widening the border and drawing the SWORD camp into Westview.

Also Pietro: "Its not like your dead husband can die twice!"
Pietro is not supposed to know about Vision's death!
I think Mephisto's is there to break Wanda, so that he can achieve his goals as clearly Wanda is showing strength that Mephisto did not expect.
And if you see carefully, you can see his hair glitch a lil red at 7:44 (you might say its the bg light but check the episode)
I don't think Meph. is actually there, I think it's Nightmare. Feeding on Wanda's magic and her fears. I also think that last episode they fight him off and it leads into Multiverse of Madness. Also, I think Agness will have a role in MoM
Wait what if Pietro and see a dead vision. That would explain why he calls him a popsicle and assumes he's dead
The commercial, the shark actually says "Snacking on Yo'magic!" So whoever the antagonist of the show is, is feeding off of Wanda's magic.
That’s. . . dark yet interesting.
If something/someone is feeding off her magic then it/they are invested in keeping her there and making her think that she wants this or every time she uses her abilities to preserve this fantasy.

I don’t think she actually said “Fuuuuudge”. I think when the hex washed over her, it was changed because the Westview inside is a simpler, more wholesome time. 😂

The 30 second animated short which served as the featured “commercial” in ep. 6 of WandaVision was some of the most affecting visceral horror I have ever seen. A tiny nugget containing both psychological and body horror in a 30 second ride to hell! I literally had to look away on the first viewing. It was the fingernails put me out of my mind! My theory of how it connects to the show: this is literally what is happening to the bodies of the children in the town of Westview. Wanda has them all “asleep” and they are wasting away. Even if you gave them a sack full of Halloween candy, for example, they wouldn’t even have the strength to feed themselves.

The people that are aware & given more camera time may have powers & are likely future characters. They're progressing slowly to connect all the dots.
16:30 or so - I also noticed that in that meta conversation where he gets Wanda to open up, he never says, "I'm your brother." He just denies being other things.
he called himself her long lost brother when she first met him at the door in ep 5
@@Leaky-bunghole Right, I just specifically bumped on the language in the last ep. Not sure it means anything, but it stood out.
Vision doesn't even know what an avenger is at this point and he's naturally a HERO. Someone that will/did sacrifice himself for others without thinking twice about it.
What an amazing Marvel character and I really enjoy Paul Bettany playing him. He gives great passion and keeps the audience engaged. Great show! I'm hooked and can't wait till episode 7! ❤️
my dad said he thinks this era’s advert means that without yo-magic (wanda’s magic), everything dies (i.e vision and pietro) or no longer being reanimated
hmm yes true
or an entity is feeding on Wanda's Magic, probably Nightmare.
That commercial of “yo magic” explains a lot because the shark is mephisto or Agnes giving Wanda some other form of magic or some dark power combining it with Hers but she doesn’t know how to control it that’s why the kid isnt able to open the yogurt like she isn’t able to open/control her magic that was giving to her
If we stick to the infinity gems theory, it may be the soul stone: a soul for a soul. If the product advertised, the yoghurt, is the stone, someone has to be sacrificed, the boy. The survivor gets to eat it.
The shark is mephisto he wants to consume her or her kids magic but the kid on the island represents the people trapped in westview dying of starvation
listen to what he says
he says "Snack on yo magic"
Definitely giving the vibe that someone is feeding off her magic
or seeing as the boy dies, the residents of westview need to rely 'snack' on her magic but it cannot sustain them
A lot of people forget in the Ant-Man movie that that line "I know a guy" has been used. This can also be an Easter egg. This is somewhat of the same line that Monica Rambo uses
Yes, but that line is a well known trope seen in LOTS of films!
@@pault5557 kick ass isn’t part of marvel right 😂?

i wonder if they chose not to cover it up for a reason. like maybe it actually worked out for them? or maybe they just figured this version of pietro would have one, seeing as his personality is based on the x-men universe’s pietro.
@@whenthewhenwhen1155 good point, seems like something they would notice and want to cover up...unless they actually wanted him to have it for a reason.
@@megancaputo yeah, i mean no doubt the letters and font are similar to “Multiverse of Madness” so maybe they were just like vibes. or since he references their parents on multiple occasions, he’s some sorta hint at that

@@MuellerChris4 I mean they could definitely just of let it slide like the other set mistakes in the show
HONESTLY: I think Agnes has lost control of Wanda and she was trying to leave Westview to cut her loss but didn't realize she would get paused as far out as she got
U know what, I had that same feeling too
You may be onto something.
We'll see how Agnes acts next week. If she plays her character and doesn't act suspicious from here on, you might be onto something.
Edit: upon further consideration, I disagree. When she was brought back to 'reality', she asked if she was dead because Vision was dead. This would indicate that she was either lying to influence Vision or was unaware that Vision had been brought back to life. I do like the idea that Agatha controlled Wanda and then lost control, but this one bit of dialogue doesn't add up.
Oh I like that. People are talking about Mephisto or whatever but I like the idea that a big bad got control of her but her magic is like 1000% higher than what they expected so whoever trapped her is like FUUUUUUUU let's bail.
That's a great theory!
I believe something is accessing Wanda's memories to give her the things that she wants in order to keep her in the hex, but because her memories are fuzzy/suppressed we get Evan Peters Pietro instead of Aaron's Pietro, and the events he recalls are fuzzy because they come from Wandas suppressed memory.
I like this.
I love coming back to these breakdowns after finishing the show and listening (well more like laughing) to all the torpedoed theories.
As you can see, that apple is red. This is obviously a nod to Scarlett Witch's signature color from the comics
Accurate
😂😂😂 damn!!!
Fans all over the world every week: AHA so this is probably what's happening in WandaVision!
Episode finally comes: never mind...
You are so correct.
It's fun though...
@@proximashining776 never said it isn’t 😂
It was also weird that there was no background laughter this time.
That's because malcom in the middle didn't have one and the show is inching closer to reality
It would be cool if Monica’s friend ends up being Reed Richards
Blue Marvel seems more likely, since they have history together
Reed Richards has not been cast yet.
@@alexh4319 That we know of.
Nah not really
I'd like to see Sue show up. She is a Shield agent, after all.
Anyone else notice that when Billy talks to the camera about his parents fighting, Tommy continues to ignore him, but Pietro doesn't... He actively turns to look at him concerned...
And then he goes to wanda and vision to stop their argument and takes them out for Halloween
I thank God for channels like these to help pick up on stuff we missed
I think SWORD will become the MRD, Mutant Response Department, they are working on sentient weapons with ai, and robots aka sentienals, they are responding to a “mutant” threat in Wanda
Okay so this is my theory- Mephisto has been possessing different individuals in the town at different times that’s why sometimes certain townspeople (cough agness) change their demeanor towards Wanda and this whole situation. At first Mephisto possessed Agness cause she was a witch and her line “Ralph looks better in the dark” is a reference to Mephisto hiding in her mind. Next he pulled a peitro or Peter from another universe and possessed him to keep an eye on Wanda and to ensure her happiness. However he is not possessing these characters at all times thats why sometimes they seem to know more than they should and other times they’re relatively normal
@Jejfheh 0nlinE we have not seen Wanda control Agnes (aside from her being frozen in her car, but that could also be Mephisto’s doing). Your making an assumption based on the comics. The fact that Agnes knows what’s going on and clearly has an unknown agenda proves she isn’t just some random towns person. I also think she’s the person under the witness protection program that jimmy mentioned in ep 4. In the intro of ep 6 she has “naughty” written on her pants and on ep 2 she makes a gun with her fingers at the mail man
Mephisto would be my first guess as well, but the more I think about it, the more I doubt it. Not for any comic/storyline reasoning, though... because of China. They're an enormous market, and they have pretty strict rules about how supernatural entities are portrayed, and demons generally do not go over well with them.
Edit: From what I understand, this is also why Red Skull was the guardian of the Soul Stone, instead of Lady Death and why she -- a literal personification/god of death -- was not included in Thanos's character arc at all, whereas she was a major piece of his character in the comics.
Mephisto doesn’t possess people he usually takes the form of different people he’s most like Pietro
@Jejfheh 0nlinE I get what your saying but Mephisto could be mixed with Nightmare and be more designed like an interdenominational beast like Dormammu instead of a demon. I’m not 100% sure either of them are in this but the show is setting up Wanda didn’t do this alone
@@MrPropaMusic they could mix it up, idk I’m working with what they’ve given us
I haven't seen anyone talk about this but when Wanda is talking to Herb and her family is causing all the shenanigans, there is a masked person behind her staring at her. The WHOLE time. While everyone else is moving and reacting to stuff that masked person is standing still and just always staring at her. They wear what looks like a plague mask. OR at least something with a long beak. I rewatched it three times to make sure I wasn't crazy. It's actually SUPER creepy.
I think it’s just a decoration. It looks like it’s tied to the pole right behind it.
@@IM-yr1mb I honestly thought the same at first as well because the town has a million decorations like it up! But after rewatching what felt like a million times lol, it's a lady in a witch like mask and she moves ever so slightly. She's holding up part of her outfit so you can see her legs move just so. Now I could totally be wrong here LOL but I am curious if it was just decoration or not. It seemed like it was done on purpose but then again maybe that was the point?
It's kind of funny that Kick-Ass and his friend both played the live action Quicksilvers and Kick-Ass isn't a Marvel movie or comic

Anybody spot the fact that the tracker said re-aquiring asset when finding vision. Suggests Hayward views him as an asset or potentially a weapon and was looking to use vision for his own purpose. I'm guessing Wanda actually rescued his body to avoid that happening rather than for whatever is happening here.
...OR...is he tracking Vision to know if he's with Wanda or not? Her fears are amplified when Vision isn't around, and therefore more susceptible to manipulation.
Its a good point but its the use of the word asset that swings it for me. I would expect the word target or subject to be used if he wasn't planning on using vision in some way
Its mind boggling how creative this show is. Honestly, without these videos I’d only get about 10% of the references/what’s going on. Tops. Thanks y’all!
maybe this is a hint that Pietro isn't who we think he is: how would he know that Vision is dead? If it's really Quicksilver from X-Men with her brother's memories, he wouldn't know that detail. And if she provided him with the memories she wanted him to have, she wouldn't have included the detail that vision was dead. might be totally wrong but just something i noticed
That and when the Fox and Disney merger occurred, the fox universe doesn't exist anymore. You can't pull a character from a universe that simply doesn't exist, making the X-Men version of Quicksilver not real anymore so you're right. Evan is likely a villian or a civilian, not "Pietro" from X-Men, and if it actually is Pietro in WandaVision then either it's Mephisto or Nightmare who's controlling his body, and perhaps it's the hex that changed his appearance. And to be fair it's not a long stretch considering Westview made bullet proof clothes out of thin air
@@cheetopuff9933 yeah, as much as I'd like for it to actually be x-men quicksilver- its just starting to seem less likely
imo Pietro is the Beekeeper. He knows everything because he has Wanda's case file. He's taking advantage of her confusion to pretend to be her brother and she's letting him fill the role. So he's obviously playing a part but also there to get information out of her and I think maybe to try to off her via evil director guy.

yes that was amazing. An alternate universe Pietro playing the character of the MCU Pietro... "himself"

Really hoping this “engineer” is Reed Richards. Also loved that “your Mum” fake out early in the video ha.
What are your predictions for episode 7?
I dunno 🤷♂️
MAGNETO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No idea, but one thing is for sure, my prediction will be wrong!
Ik straight away it was from malcolm and the middle
I hope we get a 2000s episode but I think we are going to learn that quicksilver is not really quicksilver.
You talked about how "The Parent Trap" could be a reference to Wanda's sons but I think that it could be a reference to Wanda and her twin trying to do something the bring their parents back. Just something that I noticed. I mean if she has "brought back" the people that she has, why not her parents too.
Also Pietro planted the idea in her head to bring them back. I wonder if we'll get Magneto out of this...
I'm thinking that the movies represent the time period (1998-2004) when this "reality" is set.
i like all of ryan's screencrush videos, but the adorable doggo at the end makes me smile every time. what kind of dog is he? he's crushing it in that shirt.
Finally, where has Dotty been? Agnes said she controls everything in the town. So where is she?
Yeah it's kinda weird that some of the established characters are missing in the last two episodes. Herb was missing in 4 and 5 right? Where's Vision's boss and his wife? Aaahhhhh!!
For sure, all the devil comments during that meeting, "the devil's in the details , that's not the only place it is." I figured she was Mephisto the entire time but like you said she disappeared.
@@stickitkev Episode 4 was the one with Monica's "backstory" into Westview, so we didn't see any Westview characters (other than scenes from previous episodes).
Herb was missing from episode 5 but we didn't spend a lot of time with the townsfolk that episode either, it was about the children, the dog and SWORD so I wouldn't read into Herb being missing at all.
Vision's Boss & Wife are a different story...
She’s Going To Be In The Next Episode With The Modern Family Theme
"Which one of you is the sassy best friend? " Darcy was also in Two Broke Girls playing a sassy best friend.
My guess about the aerospace engineer: Harley, the kid from the Ironman 3.
I think that maybe is Sue Storm.
In the MCU there are tons of scientific geniuses. Harley is not among them. We just know that he liked to tinker with science when he was a kid. There's no evidence that after he grew up he became a world class engineer. Others who are known to be world class: Shuri, Reed Richards, Victor von Doom, Tony Stark, Hank Pym, Hank McCoy (X-Men's Beast), and, to lesser extents, Bruce Banner (as a theorist) and Peter Parker (on a smaller gadget scale). Pretty sure there are a lot others I've missed. Harley would be far, far down the list.
@@Ironfangzu In one of the spiderman movies, Bruce Banner was among the board of the worlds best scientists in Peters science class
@@Ironfangzu I'd love if it turns out someone from this list! my guess is just a safe guess from Marvel's pov. Reed or Victor Von Doom or the beast is super ambitious ( I hope one of these happens though), Tony is no more, Hank Pym I doubt will pass as Monica's friend, Shuri is risky, banner too can't be friends because we have followed his journey, Spidey too isn't a friend of monica. Harley is a pure movie character, they can take him anywhere. I think there's a reason he was present at the funeral, which by this timeline happened few days ago. Hence the guess. ( This may also set up iron lad , young avengers and Kang etc. But it'll be a stretch. :p)
This was also my guess. Billy, Tommy, and Harley together could be a tie-in for Young Avengers.
I noticed when vision transforms back into his actual suit from the Halloween costume this episode you can see he has hexagons down the back of his cape. A big one at the bottom too. You'll notice it one you look at it.
Also, one odd thing. Even though if definitely seemed like quicksilvers flicked up hair seemed like a nod to his comic character, as the episode goes on, they almost start to resemble horns to me. He also presses Wanda for how she was able to do what she does. Seems quite Mephisto to me, but could just be a coincidence?
why do i think of loki though? O.o
It's also similar to the hair of Mephisto and Nightmare in the comics.
After every episode ends I'm always waiting impatiently for these videos from Ryan.
Great job!
The TV add saying “Other worldly deals” is talking about a “deal” between another “world” or a “multiverse” to use Wanda to create the twins. Remember it’s “for the children”
Think something helped Wanda create this fantasy trap so it could feed off the energy she has to constantly expend to maintain it.
3:35 "We all know who played this woman."
We know, we know, it's yo..u... oh.
I was surprisingly disappointed to not here it
That was a great joke that got a good laugh out of me. The "Your mom" misdirection is a great concept.
did no one catch when the kid said “your scared hes a vampire” that the kid is a telepath and can get into mephistos head???
🤯
BRUH!
the cool thing about having Nightmare as the villain is he could be retroactively shown to have been influencing events through people's dreams all along. like they could flashback to Tony Starks nightmares in iron man 3 and actually explain that Nightmare was involved. Same with Thors vision from the fates, both events led to Vision's creation. Interestingly one of the definitions for the word vision is: something seen in a dream, trance, or ecstasy
, especially : a supernatural appearance that conveys a revelation.
What was Agnes even doing out at the edge of town? 🤯
Also Darsey was definitely dropping the F bomb when the HEX edited it to "Fudge" lol
When Wanda attacks Pietro, the trees behind him have toilet paper around them. This is what happen when Vison doesn't do his job.
Waiting all day for this breakdown
The kids not being around is a sitcoms trope unless there is a holiday episode
I think Pietro is Mephesto. When Wanda opens the door to him for the first time, in the mirror behind her right shoulder, it looks like some spooky arm is reaching out. Also when he says about her dead husband and she blasts him through the gravestone, the one he goes past says on it, "not on her side" that's my theory so far
Hey the kid in the mask you thought was from “eyes wide shut” is wearing a plague doctor mask, they were worn by witch hunters as well.
i thought it was a scream mask
I've been waiting all day for this.
I think her guy is the Blue Marvel. Like in the comics.
Idk why no one else noticed this in any of the Easter egg videos. Pietro was brought back by her kids because they heard her talking about her brother and getting sad saying he's very far away then her kids made a face.
