- We stayed at Rideau Acres Campground in Kingston, Ontario in July for 2-nights with a bunch of family. It was a great stay and had many options for camping in Kingston, Ontario including seasonal sites, weekend sites, electric and non-electric - or full hook-ups (like we got). I hope you enjoy seeing around this campground and also a few things to do in the Kingston area.

Thanks for watching! 🙌 Let me know if you think you'd enjoy staying at this kind of campground, or would prefer something more "in nature".
Thanks you for sharing my friend
Love camping! What a comprehensive review. I love how you really take us through everything from the start. Looks beautiful even with a few shortcomings! Always wanted to be a full time camper. The hiking looked beautiful. Sign me up!
Thank you!! I try to keep it as informative as possible 😊 As we get more comfortable with camping, I could totally see myself living the full time RV life one day!
I love campgrounds near the water. A beautiful time spent in Nature.
The ones by waters are the best - love being in nature.
Cool campground and cool video!
Thanks for watching!
Great overview of the campground. I think knowing the quality of cell phone and internet signal is so important. We definitely want to spend some time exploring that area.
Thanks so much! It is important to know about the cell coverage as so many people are doi g full time RV life these days and even work from the campground.
Thanks for this tour of Rideau Acres!
Happy to share, hope it can be helpful 👍
Great campground! I also love this walks you an do there. It sure looked worth your while to get up there and the pond was nice too!
Thanks for showing us around! 😊👍
Beautiful sunset!
This campground was lovely and huge - I loved that they had some trails to walk and some nice scenery there.
I love visiting Kingston! I'm not much of a camper I'm afraid (more of a glamper myself!) but I really love exploring the outdoors, hiking, etc. Hiking the Waterfront Trail is really appealing to me, and the brewery looks amazing! Gotta love those Kingston sunsets, too! Thanks for the tour and informative video.
I'm not an "actual" camper either. I equate trailer camping with "deluxe van life" all the amenities and no getting wet sleeping in a tent. Kingston is beautiful - I love that area.
Woah that’s good to know the cell service is bad there even with a booster. We as people have became so dependent on cell phones that it becomes a tragedy when we can’t get connected. And that’s cool they named the roads inside the park. Making it a little easier to navigate.
I love that you went on a little adventure while Alan slept. I might start doing that as Craig sleeps longer too (although not too easy while in South America😅) glad the geese didn’t go for you! So nice that your family like camping too, great way to spend time with your sister!
If I always waited for Alan it would be after lunch before we got out! 🤣 I love my solo adventures, but sometimes depending on the location it's not as relaxing or "safe". Yeah it has been a fun summer spending time with family outdoors!
Nice tour! Wow that campground has so many amenities! A great place to keep kids busy
It's definitely a great spot for families and lots to fo for kids 😊
Fantastic looking campground, great shots and nicely presented surrounding too.👌👌
Thanks very much for watching!
Good information, we live in the UK but it is lovely to see areas we probably never get to in real life. Thanks for filming 🙏👍
Thanks for watching!
Awesome 😎 Camp site
thank you!
Nice camping place, the trail looks so nice. Thanks for sharing.
It was a lovely spot for the weekend.
The waterfront trail is so pretty! Really good informative video.
Thanks so much! Appreciate it.
wooow ,, very interesting video, nice Park to explore..👏👏
thanks so much
some of the views in here are just epic
It was beautiful 😍
Love that big chair and when you slid haha. I find that funny. Such a big camp site and beautiful views. I love that there are a lot of amenities and activities in the campground. You will never get bored while relaxing. Here in New Zealand, check out on campsites is at 10am and checkin is 2pm. Doesn't make sense. Haha. Really enjoying the summer and RV life? Are you planning to still explore during winter? But will look forward for you videos on that ;)
What a large camping area! I would be out exploring all the trails. The water views look great. Jeez it's more like a camping resort than a campground lol! So much to do.
It really was more of an rv resort. Lots of regulars here.
Back for round 2.
Cool 😎
Lovely place to camp indeed :D
Yes we enjoyed it
Full support for your life stile from Sea Forestman. I look forward for next episode, thanks for video and have a nice day :))
Thanks very much
Awesome video 👍
Thanks!
That big red chair at the start is so cool 😄
It looks like an amazing campground and a lot to do at the grounds and the area.
I like how the pathways all have street names, definitely easier to navigate. I’m so glad those ducks didn’t attack you 😅 you just never know what they’re going to do 🦆
The scenery on your hikes are so beautiful! I like the waterfront trail especially, so beautiful walking next to the water.
Wow, the beach sunset is stunning 🥰
I loved that big chair! It was a great campground and the street signs were so helpful. The ducks actually chased someone the day before - so I was a tad nervous. Lots of beautiful water scenery at this park 😍
@@TheAverageTourist oh no!! It’s so scary 😟
Beautifull red armchair :D I want this one at home. Thanks for video, subscribed, liked. Have a nice day :))
Yeah it was a cool chair 👌
Hello from Türkei 😊🙋♂ Very nice video. I'm subscribed :)
I think we would enjoy camping in an area like this but that check out time is a little early. We would def venture out into Kingston.
Good to know your sister was able to hike on the trail with a stroller...even though it sounds like it is not ideal!
Yeah we weren't a fan of the checkout time. It was not a great trail for strollers 😂
@@TheAverageTourist 🤣
Wow I love that sunset at the beach. How pretty! The hiking trails sounds nice as well. After so many trips out, how are you liking your camper?
The beach sunset was awesome 👌 I love the camper, and wish we got it sooner. I have literally booked every free weekend with a camping trip this summer. 🤣

You are cool 😎
In India, you can camp near the Ganges in Rishikesh and enjoy the water flowing by... This type of camping is available in the North like Manali and Leh ...loved the vlogs and your RV... Check out our road trips where we explore India !!
Thanks so much! It sounds like you have some great options for camping and nature in India too. I'll check them out :)
@@TheAverageTourist Yeah, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Lansdowne, Ranikhet, Kasauli, Shimla and Manali to name a few...Above all is Leh Ladakh which is also on my bucket list

What about the trains?
I don't remember hearing any.
