Sheikh al-Islaam Ibn Taymiyah said, "Thus if it [the innovation] is done publicly, then its recompense must be done in public, as well, in accordance with conceivable justice. For this reason, it is not considered backbiting to talk about one who openly publicizes his innovations and wickedness, as has been reported on Al-Hasan Al-Basree and others. This is because when one publicizes that, he justifies himself to be punished by the Muslims"
(Majmoo' al-Fataawa 12/466).
Some narrations to subdue those who defend people of desires like Yasir Qadhi who signs pacts with his Sufi friends:
1) Ibn Al-Mubaarak said: "Al-Mi'allaa Ibn Hilaal is fine except when it comes to hadeeth, he lies." So someone among the sufis (i.e. ascetics) said: "O Abu 'Abdir-Rahmaan! Are you backbiting?" So he said: "Be quiet! If we do not clarify this, how will the truth be made known from the falsehood?"

2) Shaudhab reported that Katheer Abu Sahl said: "It used to be said: 'The people of desires do not have any sanctity (i.e. protection from being talked about).'"

3) 'Abdullaah, the son of Imaam Ahmad said: "Abu Turaab An-Nakhshabee once went to my father, so my father began saying 'this person is weak' and 'that person is reliable.' So Abu Turaab said: 'O Shaikh, do not backbite the scholars!?' So my father turned to him and said: 'Woe be to you! This is advice, this is not backbiting.'"

4) Muhammad Ibn Bindaar As-Sabbaak Al-Jarjaanee said: "I once said to Ahmad Ibn Hanbal: 'Verily, it is becoming hard upon me to say: (So and so is weak) and (so and so is a liar)'. So Ahmad said: 'If you remain silent and I remain silent, then who will make the ignorant person aware of the authentic from the defective'?"

Shaykh Muhammad bin Hadee al-Madkhali from the scholars of Madeenah warned from Yasir Qadhi and as brother Abu Uwais (raheemahullah) said "if the scholars can warn against a person and we still listen to him then how will we be when the warn against the dajjaal !?"
This is when it comes to mistakes in actions not mistakes in Belief.

Yes. Keep far way from them. If you find any CDs or tapes of Yasir Qadhi smash them. BaarikAllahu feek. The innovated principle that we "take the good and leave the bad" from the people of bidah and desires has no basis..

Jazakallah brother for letting us know so clearly about him. May Allah Subahanawatala guide us all, i would like to know about Nauman Ali Khan, lately i have been gettin very confusing reviews.
Tabrez Zakaria Wa'alaiykum salaam wa rahmatullah. There is a few videos about NAK on my channel. We must know that the first things ALL of the Prophets called to was tawheed. This is clear when you read the Qur'aan. This is a sign of the one who calls to the truth. If you find an individual who doesn't call to tawheed and doesn't speak against shirk then KNOW for sure that they are calling to falsehood. Look at those NAK keeps company with. The companions didn't associate with people of innovation yet NAK praises the hardcore sufi Hamza Yusuf. There is plenty of reliable english speakers. Check out Salafisounds. Musa Richardson also has some beneficial material that is worth listening to. BaarikAllahu feek.
There are no scholars in the West. Yasir Qadhi sits with the people of innovation such as Sufis who are callers to shirk. Al-Fudayl Ibn Iyyaad said: "Whoever enters upon a person of innovation, then he has no sanctity (i.e. protection from being talked about)." So Yasir Qadhi has no protection from being spoken about. Katheer Abu Sahl said, "It used to be said, "The people of desires do not have any sanctity (i.e. protection from being talked about)."
Look at the picture akhi. He is lecturing next to a Sufi who calls to SHIRK by claiming its permissible to call on the dead for help. The Prophet (salaAllahu 'alaiyhi wasalam) said, "a man is on the religion of his close friend" He signed a pledge of mutual respect and co-operation with Sufi grave worshipper's. If this is not sufficient enough as proof then I don't know what will be.
Abu Eesa Niamatullah (Yasir Qadhi's friend and fellow instructor at Al-Maghrib Institute) openly slanders and backbites the whole Salafi community (thousands of Muslims) who strive to follow the Qur'an and Sunnah upon the understanding of the Salafus-Saalih in his infamous Facebook rants (which he still hasn't repented for till this day) and these people who say this video is backbiting Yasir Qadhi remain silent about this, hmm... So do Qadhi's and Niamatullah's fervent followers find these rants "acceptable" and "not backbiting" and "not causing fitnah" and "not causing divisions". How do you judge?
The criticisms in this video by Abu Hakeem are directed to ONE individual,Yasir Qadhi, whereas Abu Eesa was directing his HATE filled rants to THOUSANDS of Muslims, so which is worse?!!!

Sheikh Ibn Taymiyāh said, 'There is an Ijmā (consensus) on the OBLIGATION of clarifying the state of the Imams of Innovators & warning against them." [Majmū 28/231] This is our Salaf who preceded us in warning against callers to misguidance. Who preceded you in this opinion of yours Deejay shaz?

+shhhman1 The Salaf would judge an individual by his companions. The Prophet (salAllahu 'alaiyhi wasallam) said, "A man is upon the religion of his friend." When Sufyaan ath-Thawree entered al-Basrah, he was asked to look at the affair of Ar-Rabee bin Sabeeh, so he asked: "What is his
madhhab?"They said: "He has no madhhab except the Sunnah." He said: "Who are his friends?" They said: "The people of Qadr [the Qadariyyah]." He said: "(Then) he is qadaree!" Learn your deen.

Yasir qadhi is alhamdullilah an exellent speaker on islam ,,, he is an great scholar may allah grant him paradise ,, remove this video ur just causing problems may Allah forgive u ,, u don't even think about talking about a fellow muslim sheikh like that
