His videos are hitting 4/5 years old too. I really regret buying it but wanted full access to everything. His Qbank is decent as well as the flashcards. All you need is Step-Up to Medicine, UWorld Qbank, and UA-cam though. Worst part was giving the wrong answer for a cardiology question during my IM rotation because OnlineMedEd taught me the wrong info. I stopped trusting it then. E-mailed them over a dozen times to inform them of mistakes and they were always appreciative. I just stopped sending e-mails though as they mistakes never stopped.

There are instances where ANCA will be positive with PAN, but if it is it would be the perinuclear rather than the cytoplasmic variation.
