I needed this today... renews my hope that real rock and roll is not yet dead. As just another old dude recently hitting 60 years, it is very inspiring to see other old dudes still kicking out creative new jams like this. Love the music, vocals, and orchestration. Whereas GnR and Motley just keep regurgitating the old hits, there is nothing Dead about these Daisies and their fresh new tunes. Respect.
I just hit 60 myself this month and completely agree with what you wrote. The lyrics are quite fitting on this song in regards to John and the band. I'm looking forward to listening to their new album. Motely's album with John is one of my favorites. Very underrated IMO. I'm glad the DD brought John back!
Man, I'll be 65 in a few months. These guys really rock it out. Corabi in my opinion blew Vince Neil off stage. He could sing the old Crue songs but no way Neil could muster up enough to tackle Corabi's songs.
