I am from Nepal and I have been in Delhi for 5 years and only returned Nepal just before Locked Down started. I was working in Delhi from 2012 to 2018, i have seen positive effect of increase in minimum wages on housekeeping / security staff of my company. Their outlook and standard of living changes drastically. Now I'm working in Noida. UP govt. is not pro worker.
