I was hoping you might know if she was trying some kind of spell. I am very knowledgeable in the scriptures but my wife believes all the Pentecostal prophets. Not to offend ant Pentecostals, but I have witnessed and experienced very unbiblical and unsound doctrines within that denomination. Hinduism is not about witchcraft . There is evil people will do evil things in every religion. This is a 10000 yr old civilization. Ones goal is look within yourself and to better yourself. The peace that the LORD brings is unlike any other. I speak as a Christian who errored greatly and ventured into other beliefs and forms of spirituality.

God is a righteous judge who will hold all of us accountable for our sins we have committed. We cannot do anything to undo the past. God sent His only Son Jesus to die on the cross as a blood payment to wash away our sins.
Sin came into the world when Adam rebelled agaisnt God in the garden of Eden. Sin can therefore only be cleansed by a man. But no man was worthy because everyone has sinned. Therefore God became man, Jesus in the flesh who never sinned, and sacrificed Himself for us on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven. He paid the price for us. All we have to do to receive this forgiveness is believe in Him & turn away from sin to show we are truly sorry.
Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
When this happens you will be filled with the Holy Spirit and Jesus will save you by giving you freedom to overcome bondage to sin that you’ve never been able to shake on your own.
Jesus loves you. One day you will stand before Him and He will judge your life. He’s giving you grace and mercy by allowing you to have the chance to call on Him now to save you.
If you have doubts just ask Jesus to reveal Himself to you and help you understand.

Man, the end of her story is very similar to my coming to Jesus! I grew up Christian but new age made more sense to me UNTIL I read the Old Testament. Then with prayer and a true desire for truth I was led back to Jesus in a way that not only felt right in my souls but also made sense to me logically. Her new age journey is so similar to mine. I feel like a lot of new age journeys are similar in ways. I live 40 mins from Lily Dale. I always wanted to go when I was into the new age, but something always stopped me from actually going. My entire new age journey was my path back to Jesus. He never left my side through it all. She’s definitely from the west coast California region. Her valley girl accent is just way too much and the way she explains things without ever getting to the point. Cool testimony though, glad you ended up finding out what real Christian’s are. Many are just labeled but the contents don’t match. That is because they are NOT born agains, only born again Christian’s are real Christian’s. You will know when you meet a born again. They almost sound obsessed. Those are the ripe good, real Christian’s that truly have a real genuine relationship with God. They talk like they are not of this earth and many will even see them as weirdos or psychotic. Wow that assignment for school is so crazy! Even them reading the book of Job. God said those who weren’t made aware of me are still of me. I do not engage in idol worship, nor do I feel it is necessary but I have had great experiences with the Hindu deities. I find it ironic that European people want us to practise their Euro version of Christianity, yet they do not have a statue of Jesus outside CERN. They have one of the dancing Shiva. This tells you they know these deities are very real and very powerful.

Sorry, I have to chime in. One, she's not spreading hate. If someone warns you that you're in a burning building that's not being hateful it's a warning. Anything apart from God and His love and His salvation is deception. Whether you care to believe or not, however, your unbelief is rejection of what God has done and who He is. And any religion that may even seem good and right, apart from God and the truth it is evil with satanic origins because it deceives people into denying the truth and puts them on the path to destruction. I will state this in anthropomorphic terms- if you were God and your creation rejected you to worship what you had created and had fallen or they exalted themselves and rejected your Son who had given the solution and died??
