SC judges are elected by their own friends and family members, not by public.
U are wrong my friend, constitution indirectly says that judiciary is the boss. PM despite of being elected, is not above judiciary and law. You should remember that govt and PM may take a wrong decision for votes, but institutions like judiciary, RBI, CVC, CIC, ECI etc always take the correct decision( in the interest of nation) becuase they dont care for votes, they dont need votes.
Final say is of constitution, not of anyone whether it is elected or selected one…
