Simple Logic Probe Help

- The uses of a logic probe - a simple one - can be fairly broad.
You can not only check the presence of power but also find if there's a ground too.
Bad fuses are easy to test, but you can test the rest of the circuit if you know what you are seeing in the LEDs that light up - RED or GREEN.
This is a short introduction to just a couple of things it can do. I'll go into more detail about circuits and how to not destroy a computer or module by using a logic probe instead of a standard test light.
I've been trying to find out what a logic probe does, this is the best explanation so far, and all the information I require. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. Cheers, Darren
The video lacks Hollywood editing, but the way the probe works is all in there. I tried to keep it non-technical so it was easier for perople to grasp - and perhaps I made it a little too simple.
I just watched it again and I certainly don't believe anything can be explained "too easily" I'd use the words, "explained perfectly"!
As a little more info --- the logic probe is simple --- but it is not simplistic in that it can test both power and a ground on a circuit and that's it's magical value.
If you have a switch, a fuse, a motor or any electronic device on the circuit you are testing, it can make diagnosis of whatever the malfunction is - really simple.
That's what I tried to accomplish here --- keep it simple so anyone can see the basics and grow their own abilities from there.
Enjopy.
Thanks for the info.
We can all do the Happy Dance! Good on ya!
