I was caught COMPLETELY off guard when Cloud jumped in the water when I played.
I just played remake after beating rebirth and I really liked how smooth and fast the combat is in rebirth
Can I just say, I really appreciate this video doesn’t have 2 mins pointless preamble like other channels. It just jumps right in.
I love Rebirth more overall, but theres way too many mini games that can't be skipped. The world traversal and combat are much better tho.
Can I ask? Do they have the same story or are different story?

@@sintaroazka It's one big story. Rebirth is a continuation of Remake. The original game came out all at once. This remake is broken up into 3 parts. The next part is coming out in like 4 years.

Can you make a lighting comparison video too? I always thought that something is off with the lightings in Rebirth especially in outdoors. I like the lighting of Remake more. The Church in particular seems to be much better in Remake.
Remake’s lighting make it look more cinematic while Rebirth’s looks more of a video game.
Rebirth has a lighting problem, I dont mind the blurry performance mode, but the lighting really looks odd to me compared to remakes. Hoping for a better looking PC version, and hopefully a better looking part 3 of the series.

Both games look the same to me....and thats a good thing, effects and all. The game already looks good enough, its the content we want more of.
Didn't like the new UI. And the new models textures especially hair, they used to look so realistic in REMAKE.

I’d say it’s too colorful to fit for FF7. The Remake UI is very reminiscent of Advent Children.
And the hair textures in Rebirth remind me of FF12 The Zodiac Age. They tried to make the hair strands too visible and it looked bad. I don’t know if that’s a downgrade in Rebirth to compromise for the massive world.
Are there actually people out there that think remake is a better game? Thats just sad

Remake wasnt a real game lol it was basically just a proof of concept amd testing ground for their combat drowned in meaningless fluff that they slapped a full price tag on. For all its flaws, at least rebirth is an actual game
Remake was the best Final Fantasy since 10. ^^
I'm torn. In Remake, I loved the dynamic cutscenes during battle that flowed so well in the music. Rebirth dialed that back a lot. But in a way, it gives more control to the player
@@cloudxz92 when the competition is 13, 15, and 16 i wouldnt say thats a good thing in the slightest lol. More of a testament to the garbage that Square has been putting out. Remake was just another in the heap. Plus its def not better than 12 lmfao

I still love how cinematic was FF7Remake is. Rb is kinda meh in this department. I was looking forward for that thrill I had with all the boss fights that game has.
