When on deadline, there's no time for these formalities. There's a Mason here at our settlement, who can do the same, just w/ the help of a brick hammer in an instance; and the split is much accurate 😁
Title is inaccurate, and incomplete. To be more precise, it should postulate, "How to measure, mark, and chop red bricks". But all in all, it was informative. Thanks for posting.
But way more expensive. Thinking long term about build something in place to put a bin and how it might be cheaper for me to do the brick building than higher someone in.
didn't expect to vibe to some eastern music while learning stuff, nice
Thanks for creating this. Having never split a brick before, I was able to get it right on the first try after watching this!

I have an octagon brick and no chisel 🎉
TLDR - Measure where you wanna cut, draw a line and hit with a chisel along the line til it splits

Use your eyes and stop using that stupid cold chisel. Use a 100mm bolster

How about name this video brick chopping as I dint see how this would call brick cutting 🤔
😂😂😂 not work alaways ..
use a circular saw, just change the blade with the one that cuts concrete or bricks. Way more simple than this crappy technique
Not all work places have access to power tools, especially for home projects. Don't be jealous of the fact you have no skill
I'm going to a repair job on a brick planter. There's no power there for my saw. This video is saving my ass today.
Sorry mr first world, not all of us have access to such technology.
