+Motown454 It would seem that he swapped the Flowmasters for Magnaflows :(
I love the sound of the Flowmasters but They do get you the wrong kind of attention from the law around here.
+Motown454 im in northern Michigan, hell you can pass by cops with straight pipes here and they dont care, just as long as you have the cats.
It's getting as bad as California here with restrictive law's on cars.
+Motown454 dude that sucks :( a V8 deserves to be heard with some pipes.

ah, fathom blue, this is exactly how the outside of my car is gunna look, except for interior, im going with the pearl buckets my car came with from factory (nice for a malibu). It will look gorgous. :D

yeah, all non-SS cars have sweep style dash. there were two types of dashes. One (this one) had a large fuel guage, and idiot lights, the other had a tach and actual guages. Im building mine, it has this dash, but im replacing the clock with a tach and keeping the big fuel guage, so then ill have room for an oil pressure guage in the dash. beats mounting one of those ugly ones under the dash. :)

@jjerszy Don't do it....in my opinion the Mag make it sound 'constipated'.

Muffler clamps on the exhaust tips look tacky as hell.
Yep need to have those tips welded on and that's not an SS dash with a fuel gauge instead of tachometer in that spot. Motor sounds great - after I bent my #8 rod twice in my 396 (402) I scrapped it for a (1968 Stingray) L71 427 block.

Wrong. My 70 i bought in 77 one owner didn't have one.The Malibu did not have round gauges.As far as i know the Malibu was the only non SS Chevelle.Do some home work before you call someones car a FAKE.
