Awh, thank you for all the kind words
All I can say is WOW! You are such a hard worker. I started to watch you not that long ago. I have so much respect for you. You are a star for this community girl!
Why thank you so much! 💗💗💗
Aw thanks Kristin, it's nice to hear more about your path to knitting & yarn dying success and how down to earth you are about it. I aspire to be like you but am too nervous to take that plunge, you are an inspiration, so thankyou x
This episode was a lot of fun. I'm so glad that things worked out for you with your business.
You are so talented! Thank you for letting the rest of us tag along on your fiber journey
Oh my stars! I hate obligation knitting/making... hate hate hate it. Especially when I am “volunteered”.
Right?? The first rule of knitting should be: NEVER Volunteer a Knitter to knit something. The second rule of knitting should be: NEVER Volunteer a Knitter to knit something!! 😂
Hi Kristin. Thanks for the episode. Couldn’t agree with you more about obligation knitting. I have knitted a couple of things for other people ... about 40 years ago. Never again. You have to be a knitter to appreciate the effort involved. 😊
I have been watching you for years and was so excited for you when you were able to quit your J.O.B. Some of my most beautiful finished projects are made from your yarn. Thank you for all you do for the knitting community and for feeding my yarn snobbery!
That is so awesome to hear, Kelli! Thank you so much again for the yarn love ... aaanddd the beautiful handmade bracelet you so generously gifted me a while back. It makes me smile every time I see it! 💖
Thank you so much for sharing about how your business came to be. As someone who is trying to start their own fiber related business it was very valuable information. I especially enjoyed your “just do it” approach to podcasting. It’s one of my goals for 2019. You rock!
Love hearing your back ground! Your videos are always so good, so I can totally see that video editor background. I understand having a job you like, but don't have the personality to deal with. Introverting can be rough! I started out with knitting podcasts but have branched out to cooking and gardening, too. I think knitting, cooking and gardening all go together pretty well. Congratulations on a successful channel and yarn business. I've never been able to grab a skein, and honestly, the defeat of missing it every time was so frustrating I gave up. I still fan girl all your beautiful work, but I can only take but so much disappointment. Maybe one day! ❤️
My husband calls you "the raven Anna Kendrick" :) Love your podcast and especially enjoyed this ask me anything episode!
Hah! I've never got that one before. 😂 Please thank him the compliment! 💕 So glad you enjoyed!! :D
I see it!!! @@Voolenvine
I've been watching you for years and it is always nice to get to know you a little more. Thanks, great episode!
💖💖💖
Great episode! I've enjoyed listening & watching since you were an audio podcaster. It's been fun watching you grow into your dream job as an entrepreneur. Thanks for all of your inspiration from knitting, dyeing, designing to sewing. I love it all👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Many congratulations on 20k! Love your knitting and photography. You are very hardworking. very inspiring.
I enjoyed hearing the story of how Voolenvine started. Glad you found your passion and love what you’re doing 💜🌿🌟
💖💖💖
Great to hear your “origin” story! Thanks for answering the question about creating colors.
Thanks for sharing. Your journey is so interesting!
Thank you for sharing your voolenvine story, I've always been curious. I've always loved your aesthetic and often use your videos to measure my caliber as a podcast editor. I LOVE THE GHASTLIES!!!!!!! I had yet to see that fabric, so, I'm in danger now :D.
That bag is the sweetest..... I just love it! You have such an artistic eye. ❤
Aww, why thank you! 💖

I’ve been knitting on my first sweater since 11am! And its totally inspired by you Kristin! Taking a break to eat some dinner and catch up with you!! So happy it’s Friday! 🖤🖤🖤
Aww, yay!!! So happy to hear. Which pattern are you knitting on? And yes! Food breaks are essential! hehe
Oops! I’ve been knitting on a free pattern called the Smithfield Pullover!
Where did you find the fabric? For th project bag with the lady on it ? Thanks love your podcast I have watched everyone.😍

Congrats on 21k subscribers!! I want to get there one day.
Lovely! Thank you so much for sharing! My daughter is also a 'Kristin'.....she is a twin and I received her name in a dream while pregnant.
Kristins (with an "-IN") of the world unite! 💕💕💕
GREAT AMA episode! Thank u!!! I especially loved your answer to the "ummm" question 😉
Ha! My mom is the same way. She steals my shawls and then never wears them. What the heck?! Gotta start saying no. LOL.
shawl hoarders!! That's what they are! 😂
Hi Kristin -- I just discovered your channel and I love it! Where can I get a pattern for the give away bag on this episode? Thanks!
So glad you're enjoying my channel, Staci! I improvised the design and don't have a pattern for it, but it's very simple! Hue Loco has a great tutorial on her channel for making something similar... ua-cam.com/video/9WiSfTJ-4cc/v-deo.html
Hey can you please do a color work yoke tutorial?!
I am new to sweater knitting and I need help.
Yay! Thank you so much.
💕💕💕 loved watching.
Congrats on your subbie numbers!
Are all your yarns sold out right now? I looked in your shop and couldn't see the yarn that is available for purchase.
Sushy her yarn sells out in moments - you’ve got to be really quick to purchase!
“Knitty Gritty” 😂 Great episode!
😜
Come to Wisconsin...we have all the cheese ;)
Congratulations on 21k!!! You're definitely one of my fav podcasts and I'm glad to see you continuing on. Very inspirational.
I have a random question for you, though I may be late - what lipstick are you wearing?? I love that shade!
Love your podcasts but they have become very dark, prefer to see you and your projects clearly
I hope you got a dishwasher after that! 😨 Obligatory knitting or making of any kind...🤢🤮🤕 it always feels like a chore no matter how much I love the person. and like you I never see it again. So now I just say no
