Mate from memory some years ago now they did this to Gladstone harbour and ah any how killed the fishing even had trout boats coming in with live fish turning belly up as soon as they get in the harbour.

Yeah I rekon there's a tipping point, we already have 2 gas processing plants in the harbour (Santos and Inpex) this new development looks like it will dwarf both of those combined. Not good.

Such a beautiful area so close to Darwin I’m sure someone could lodge a native title for this area but then you would have to pay a permit fee to fish there .The NT will end up like the Kimberley’s a fee and permit for everything
