@ 5:08 onwards again does the noon with the shada with the most complete Ghunnah is this to be pronounced by touching the tip of the tongue making sound clear or hiding the noon

By touching the front/tip of the tongue to the top of your mouth, holding it to make the noon with a shaddah clear.
