I think it would be nice to have a section called, How to, for Dummies. Like the books. Simple layman terms for how to keep the water clean with all the chemicals. How to fix when the chemicals do not work perfect the first time. Sometimes, it feels like a chemistry experiment when I am trying to get the chlorine perfect, free, or whatever the other chlorine is, the PH perfect , the calcium perfect, did I put in enough activate, or the other Chemicals. Some of us would like it dumbed down since we do not have a career in spa chemicals. Make it easy for the average person who knows nothing about chemicals to finally say, “ ah, THAT, is what you mean.” Take each chemical and talk about what each does and how it works together.
Isn't it much more expensive to fill the swim spa with a hose and metered city water? I thought people usually had a water truck come by once a year...
I have an Endless Spa unit and my instructions manual says not to use softened water as it can damage the components of the system. Should I still use a prefilter? I guess I’m not really sure what a prefilter does versus a water softener like Culligan.
A prefilter is the beginning of filtering the water from the garden hose. It’s like using a filter on your sink to drink the water or a pitcher before you drink it. A softener makes hard water, well soft. It’s an actual chemical, you don’t want to use that in the spa, it could clog the components. If you had hard water where you live you’d know.

How about a video on draining it? :)
I’m looking for the same .... a video on how to drain.
Is there a video on how to adjust the temperature?
