Thanks Ben and Mary! I am in Montana. Just bought a 17ft swim spa. I need a floor plan for indoor install addition. I need the spa half sunken for access for person with cerebral palsy. How much space needed around the tub. What I'd like to do is pour the concrete for spa delivery and then build the room around it. Any recommendations appreciated.

I have read the manual and it states that there should be a 3' clearance around the Swim Spa However, noticed that people build their decks right up to the Swim Spa. Your take??
