When I saw the 1000K sons I thought: Well, They’re definitely gonna win, because you cant beat an army that is painted so amazingly well. And then you guys show me the space marine army and now I’m like …Well, guess I have to watch it to the end to see who’s gonna win after all.

I dont know what part of the Island you guys are from. But here in Belgium we have this nice shop called “Action”, where you can buy “good enough” stuff almost for free. They sell mikes. Your guest (the scary giant) could really use one of those. He’s too far away from the camera mike , and that disfigures the sound.
Also, ask people to press that “LIKE” button and subscribe at the start of your footage. People actually forget to do it sometimes and a reminder at the start, will give you a lot more likes (which will boost the youtube algoritmes).

You forgot about the lethal hits that the terminator sorc gives all the weapons in the occults unit, that would have made a big difference in the early turns:)

Just clicked on, gonna watch cause your content is some of the best out there. However may I ask a question about painting? I love how your ork battlewagons look, they look 'dusty'. It seems like you either edge highlighted them with brown or filled in the panel lines with brown. Which one is it? Thanks in advance.

Yo! The battlewagons are basically just panel lined with mournfang brown. And then built up with skrag brown in places .
The bottom half of the model is doombull brown super watered down. To be like red planet dirt :)

@Ian-ph6el no worries dude. Wish I'd done zero tank shocks 🤣🤣 only ended up doing one wound. Story of my dice rolls in that game I suppose lol
I have a 1st company list i am building, more for fun not really for competitive or anything but i am curious how it will play.. its Deathwatch 1st Company leveraging pretty heavy into deathwatch terminators, and also using some reivers to follow a terminator unit with chaplain and the fear made manifest enhancement, and also a whirlwind to help trigger more battleshock tests around the chaplains unit.. But the interesting thing about the Deathwatch Terminators is they have the same ability as Terminator Assault Squad, but 3 heavy weapons so ii feel its ideal with a chaplain and enhancement triggering battleshock on a charge.
Some things of note 1 impulsor is for delivering 6 blade guard and judiciar, 2nd impulsor will have 6 Eliminators in the back, using the firing deck either with bolt snipers if oppenents seems to be using lots of characters if not i can run the with las fusils

@@dailydice yeah it sounds fun, I won't know how it actually plays for awhile tho, Deathwatch is my first army and still just in the process of building out the army, I went a little over board 😂 and I'm sitting on around 10,000 points of space Marines I'm building, I have around 4-5k already built but I'm shifting focus to finish the few units I need to build for the 1st Company list and paint that up first. But it's still a ways off from being table ready.
I also have my eyes on the Anvil Siege Force detachment I like the idea of trying to find ways to make the underplayed detachments fun.
Tho if I was doing competitive list for deathwatch I'd def stick to black spear and go down the alpha strike route with devastating wounds on 2 oath of moment targets using Sternguard in drop pods and teleportarum to jump a unit or 2 and beacon angelis to drop some eradicators out of LoS and near a vehicle and try to wipe out 3-4 major targets in 1 round.
So many options for space marines I love it 😂

@@dailydice part of the driving force with having so much is the Kill teams for deathwatch.. and just wanting to have options, so I made sure I could build 3 of each kill team so I never got into a situation where I was like man I wish I had another Indomitor kill team and have to go out and buy 4 different boxes and 5 DW upgrade sprues for Terminator/Gravis DW pauldrons.. I felt it would be more of a relief to plan it all out from the beginning and just buy it all at once so I'm not constantly getting more as I want to move units in and out.
Big upfront cost and commitment for a longer term smoother Deathwatch experience... At least until GW decides to screw 🪛 with the DW and break things 😂
Oh and the 27 terminators I have with 18 cyclone missile launchers 😂🤣 ridiculous
The impulsor doesn't take a penalty for pivoting because it is on a round base.

@dailydice we have always played our impulsors tho just like any other tracked tant tho haven't we? Can't think of a time we have ever measured to the base 🤔
Seems unfair because if I pivot the impulsor. I'd gain like an inch or so of movement...
@War_Hammered and that is exactly why the rule just doesn't work for me, some units it's great for, like anything that has a small round base under a massive hull! I mean look at the doomsday ark! Then others it sucks for 🤷
