- Dimash Kudaibergen - The Show Must Go On (Queen Cover). I want to keep it vague here so I don't want to say much more here because you need to see this performance for yourself.
I just learned about this song recently and reacted to the original right before this reaction. The legendary Freddie Mercury passed away in 1991 from complications due to AIDS. Rest in Peace to him and I want to send a big shoutout to the remaining members of Queen. Let me know what you think of this performance.

In this song He doesn't speak English, He memorize phonetically his English songs in this contest.
In 2017 he was 23 years old. I think it's the best cover of the song by the QUEEN. Freddy sang as part of a vocal and instrumental group, the musicians sang along. Decorated the song with vocals for 4 voices (such a "fan" of voices, which in itself is very beautiful!). Dimash has no vocals here, no backing vocals, and he decorated the songs with his own vocals. //// Somewhere long ago I read that it is possible to decipher the performance of Dimash: The first verse is Freddy's childhood in India, everything was quiet and tender, and the show was in dreams, far in the future. The second ve rse is the beginning of a career, a set of heights and in the chorus - glory. And the end is a testament that "The show must go on". /// It seems to me that Freddie, if he had heard his song DIMASH, he would have shown his thumb up from heaven. Thanks for the reaction.

Dimash had no English at this time. Just learnt the words phonetically in a week. He is learning English and Mandarin now so his pronunciation has got much better. He sings in 12 languages, plays lots of instruments, can put a pretty good dance routine together too. Is very hardworking and humble. He sings a Queen Medley with Super Vocal Boys. Keep well. Music can help heal a lot of pain. Xx

I think his English does need a bit of work but I've listened to so much of his stuff and technically he's just perfect. This is one of Queens best songs! Yesterday, I wrote in another reactor channel those words... “you should react to...” and the guy in the channel insulted me. Because according to him, nobody is telling him what to do, even his mother. Can you believe the attitude? But Danny here, he’s a very kind soul. He took it as intended, not an order, but a follower petition.
@@DannymikReacts This song helped me come to terms with the pandemic. Here in New York, when we were the center of the pandemic and I suspected that if I got covid-19 it would be serious due to my medical issues and so was quite tense every time I had to go out. Listening to Dimash "We Are One" helped me a lot to get rid of that tension. It involved quite a bit of crying, but I'm much better after getting it out of my system. I can get on with my life without freaking out.
I love that it was an interpretation... it was respectful to the original and beautifully polished.

Admittedly, I did not appreciate Freddie Mercury until I listened to Dimash. I have gone back to listen to Queen with more interest. RIP dude, and keep going with your outstanding covers, Dimash. Bravo for sure.

You the only one have this video of DIMASH the show must go on by Gloria Wu, if the other reactors had this video, they would be crying.
I'd suggest using Gloria Wu's videos for Episodes 4,7, + 8 for the backstories in the introductions (use the "cc" buttons), but not for Ep. 12 "Confessa & The Diva Dance" where she replaces concert footage with movie clips with the same general theme as the song. I'd rather watch Dimash sing than watch the movie clips, at least for the first time seeing the performance. Even in this one I wish she hadn't replaced Dimash singing with those Queen clips during the song.
Hello @R.Gray! I struggled with using her video for this reaction but many said to try them. I thought that it would be safe from the producer of that show Dimash appeared on but I was wrong. It got taken down (on my 1st attempt) and my channel received a copyright strike. I was pissed off to say the least. That same copyright issues has this one already blocked in Taiwan but so far it is still up here in UA-cam.
Anyways, I will continue more of his performances and hope to you chime in. The 2nd half of this song was where Dimash crushed it.... he's such a powerful vocalist. Thank you for the time to view this one and for your helpful information. I hope you are well and healthy!
