Simple answer is all 4 schools (Hanafi, Shafe,Maliki and Hambali) opinions correct bcos difference of opinions allowed in fiqh jurisprudence matters but not in Aqeedah. But nowadays majority muslims and these media scholars are ignorant and ummah dividers out of ego and ignorance.

  • @ayyylmao101
    @ayyylmao101 2 роки тому +620

In summary: There is only one truth, which is known by Allah, but all of the schools' Imams were sincere and diligent in their efforts to find it. So whichever of their opinions seems the closest to the truth, aided by reference to the Qur'an and the Sunnah, follow that one. However, if you cannot tell, go to a sheikh or another person of knowledge whom you trust, and follow the answer given. That is sufficient for you.

    3:16 I agree
We must return our conflicts towards Qur'an and sunnah
    But my question is:
    1. Those imaams also extracted their opinion by Qur'an and sunnah. They had better fahm of Qur'an and sunnah than us. In spite of this, we've got different opinions.
    2. What about those topics (particularly relating to modern issues) about which the Qur'an and sunnah are silent?
    Kindly answer my doubts ❤️❤️

    • @navinstrument8353
      @navinstrument8353 3 роки тому +53

Agree. And those are special ranks of ulama. Hence we need to get rid of thinking that our "group's" understanding of Islam is the "purest" and the rest are wrong.
Syaitan is slick. If we're too convinced we have the purest understanding of Islam, we may end becoming heretics and shunning other who differ w/ us.

      Answer to Question 1:
The answer is that look at what most of The Madhabs/Scholars say and if their answer is backed up with a Hadith or a verse in The Qur'an.
If their answer is backed up, then you can trust them InshaAllah.
Can you elaborate a little bit more on the Second question?

People are 2 groups either Mujtahid or Muqallid. If you reach the level of Ijtihad then you can follow the Quran and Sunnah but if the person didn’t reach that level then it’s permissible for them to follow the Mujtahideen.
But to open the door for the common people to take the rules from Quran and sunnah is very wrong.

How does layman refer to Quran a sunnah, through a shaik. So we should trust this Shaik judgement over the judgement of school of scholars who live close to the time of the Sahaba رضي الله عنه. 🤔

  • @noorsnotes3467

To think scholars of a madhhab research and dispute and come to an answer but a layman brings an evidence and assumes ALL those scholars were ignorant and never read that evidence, Wallahi is backbiting.
Never say a madhhab is wrong, just say “I follow other than it”.

    @yusufuabusufiyan4558 2 роки тому +34

All madhabs have different opinions in different topics, each of them is right in some topics and other topics no, it's about ijtihaad. The prophet knew this will happen and that's why he said in Hadeeth:
Whoever strive to give Judgement (through Qur'an and Sunnah) and is right in his judgement then he will gain double reward ( for using Qur'an and Sunnah and for being right in his decision) and whoever give Judgement through Qur'an and Sunnah and is wrong, he will get one reward ( for using those sources). Therefore, don't exaggerate in following Madhab, follow them, but don't only concentrate on your Madhab, look to other scholars as well to see what evidences they have used to conclude what they say. Even Maalic and Ahmad have made mistakes in some rulings and they were right in some. Look who have used concrete evidence on this issue then you will know. Shafii have two phases of Madhab.

A Imam explained me like, Its like when u bring ur car to a garage and 1 garage says this is broken and the other says this is broken and another says no this isnt fixable.
They have deep knowledy about cars you will only know why they have that opinion if you learn about cars urself than u wil understand all there opinions inshaAllah!
So its best to seek knowledge about Quran and sunnah and Arabic language , but when knowledge is low stick to ur own madhab since thats the most trustable garage (my opinion).
    BUT REALLY KEEP SEEKING KNOWLEDGE!
    MOST importand is SALAH (prayer)!!
    and KNOWLEDGE!!

The best ulema after the sahabas were the four imaams.
Imaam Abu hanifa would have a group of the highest ranked ulema to decide upon such matters, thus the opinion was based on the evidence presented from the Qur'an and sunnah.
Follow one school of thought as rightly said by the Shaikh.

  • @realusefulchannel

    Very nice Jazak Allah Khiar
I only have to say that the Salaf themselves (first and best three gens of the nation) disputed and had multiple opinion among the fiqh branches, aqeeda branches. As normal Muslims we do not have the knowledge to decide which opinion is the correct one so we ask a mufti. Either it was a normal issue (salah, zakat, marriage, divorce, finance, etc.. issues) or it was a new situation (Nazila). The difference between the too is that the second needs a qualified Mufti to -1 understand the situation and -2give his own opinion that suits your situation the best, and mostly he does not stick to one Mazhab. While the first type needs a knowledgeable scholar in fiqh that is able to identify the issue and give you the right answer according to the Madhabs books.
So, the fatwa is (Islamic knowledge + full understanding of the reality) while asking about the Sharia ruling is just (Islamic knowledge)
    Know that:
-It is not always the same answer for all people.
-Mazhabs are made to make our practice of Islam proper, not confusing, and organized.
-Following one of the four Mazhab is enough to lift the obligation on you, because each Muslim who is not able to do Ejtihad is required to do Taqlid (following the scholars).
-Without the opinions of some scholars we would have been in a great deal of hardship because a new situation came and new circumstances are now upon the Umma and following some opinion may be very hard and troubling for Muslims.
-It is the last thing you want to do is to give (fatwa) from your own head because the mufti is signing on behalf of Allah with the knowledge and piety Allah have granted him, and if you are giving fatwa without those things you are sinning a very dangerous sin even if what you said happened to be correct by chance.
    And Allah knows best,

The answer is self contradictory. Imams Abu Haneefa, Shafi, Malik, and Ibn Hanbal (May Allah be pleased with them all)all are from the first 3 blessed generations and those who contradict them including your Shaikh Ibn Timiya and present day salafis are Kalafs or late comers. Therefore, you are obliged to follow those salaf scholars. This understanding is as per your own statements, that Quran and sunnah be followed as understood by the first blessed generations.

My comment isn’t for this video , it was for another video when explained about hanafi vs other regarding fajr and asr Salat, the comment was turned off, I don’t like that but it’s ok.
This is my Question and my opinion.
Shaykh says the prophet Muhammad prayed fajr when it was completely dark, hanafi school of thought pray fajr when the sky light getting a bit bright, and the Quran says fajr begins when true dawn appears in the horizon, which mean there’s light in the horizon not pitch black dark nor bright light just in between, what do we do now? The prophet Muhammad is always right no doubt about it, but is the Hadith is really authentic regarding time of fajr? We don’t know for sure I mean I don’t know for sure, not just because the scholars agreed upon it, it make it true or false.
but Allah is Authentic and true, I follow what Allah says so I’ll wait a bit at least 45 minutes before the sun rise I’ll be into the time fajr definitely, I believe abu hanifa is correct in my opinion, when fajr is prayed when is completely dark it contradicts the Quran.?
After all Quran is the ultimate guidance.
    Praise be to Allah alone.
Peace and blessings be upon prophet Muhammad.
    May Allah guide us all.
    Amin.

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Buraidah that his father said:
"The Prophet (ﷺ) heard a man say:
'Allahumma! Inni as'aluka bi-annaka Antallahul-Ahadus-Samad, alladhi lam yalid wa lam yuwlud, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad
(O Allah! I ask You by virtue of Your being Allah, the One, the Self-Sufficient Master, Who begets not nor was begotten, and there is none co-equal or comparable to Him).'
The Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said: 'He has asked Allah by His Greatest Name, which if He is asked thereby He gives, and if He is called upon thereby He answers.
    The dua in arabic: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ الأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

Madhab means way. It is a way to et to the sunnah. So the objective is the sunnah. These schools of thought are a later phenomenon not only from the sahabah but also from the four imams. Regardless one cannot come with their own interpretation and must follow the understanding of the salaf salih.
