As athletes we are all different in all planes; whether we are talking about genetics, physiology, experience, tolerance to intensity, ability to recover, etc… All of those factors matter. This highlights the importance of individualization when it comes to training of athletes. A good coach will be able to individualize programs for his/her athletes while a poor coach will go for a ‘’one size for all’’ solution. In this video we will learn about the principle of individualization.

Coach, would highly appreciate your thoughts regarding children and strength. I'm enjoying your work. Very high quality.

Hi Bayram, this is not an area that I feel confident in as of now. Generally speaking however, I would imagine children need a lot of variation in movement rather than raw strength. A lot of successful athletes did multiple sports during their childhood before they finally decided to stick to their main one.

Great video. Can you do a breakdown for keeping muscle mass while having a great cardio?

Awesome video! Too bad my coach is very conservative and never really helps improve one's attributes...

Great video as usual really loving this channel so great! How would you go about identifying ur own strengths and weaknesses?

Thanks Noel, interesting question. If you're referring to my coaching, I would say my biggest strength is my willingness to learn, regardless of where I'm at. A weakness of mine is cooperating with other staff, especially if we have different philosophies. This is an area I really need to improve on
