  • Axiom CNC Machine Maintenance Part 3 "Cooling System Maintenance"
In Part 3 we will cover how to flush the cooling system on all Axiom Pro and Elite series CNC routers.
We will be using the tubing included in the Axiom maintenance kit (MK468).
This maintenance is typically preformed every 500 machine hours or once a year for most users.
Follow along with these simple steps to keep your machine running like new.

If you have the older square pump you will disconnect the spindle return line going to the small 90 degree fitting. Attach your drain tube to the fitting and lead it to your empty container. Activating the spindle will drain the lines. Then reconnect your lines and top off the coolant and let it cycle through the system for a minute. Top off your pump and reinstall the cap. You may want to do that twice to ensure you have cycled out most of the old coolant.

Why do you ignore the older Axiom systems? They are still out there.

Dale we do have some content in the pipeline for some of our older Pro and Pro+ machines on the way.
