    As a Turk, I wish good luck to everyone trying to learn Turkish! I am also trying to learn English and French. Learning a language is a really fun activity. Turkish is easier for me than inflected languages, I hope it is easy for you too.
    Bir Türk olarak Türkçe öğrenmeye çalışan herkese bol şans diliyorum! Bende ingilizce ve fransızca öğrenmeye çalışıyorum. Dil öğrenmek gerçekten eğlenceli bir aktivite. Türkçe benim açımdan çekimli dillerden daha kolay, umuyorum ki sizin için de kolaydır.

      And no, that's a pretty accurate sentence. The sentence you just made is "devrik". We call the sentences where the verb does not reach the end of the sentence devrik sentence. In fact, using it occasionally or knowing how to use it makes it seem more natural. we usually use kurallı(sentences where the verb comes to the end of the sentence.) sentences, but sometimes we use devrik sentences.
      Good luck to you too!

But when I searched up the lyrics, I found out they were actually saying "gecemi aydinlatan"! Searching up lyrics is really fun.

    Thanks for the tips!!! I was wondering if you have any videos on pronunciation of the following things I have noticed, even in this video: you say "Burda", but it's written "Burada". I've noticed the same with e.g. Merhaba, where very often I don't hear the "h". Why is that?

    • @neslihansonmez244
      @neslihansonmez244 2 роки тому +4

      In formal conversation and while you write you use 'burada' but 'burda ' is informal. About merhaba, 'h' is still in there just try to heard of it. (merhaba is arabic word so there might be differences on foreign words in Turkish grammer so we might use that as easiest way for us) It doesn't fit 'büyük ünlü uyumu' rule (vowel harmony rule in Turkish) 'E' sounds like kind but 'a' is more like strong and this doesnt feel like easy to use so we are using 'h' for rounding the 'a' word, last 'a ' word can be strong coz it is stress side so we say them in normal terms. I hope this might help.

    I must be on the right path because I do all of these things 😌 my favourite tongue twister: Al bu takatukaları takatukacıya takatuk alattırmaya götür, eğer takatukaları takatukacı takatuk-alatmazsa takatukaları taktukacıya takatuk alattırmadan getir.
