Key West Power Boat Races 2024 with support helicopters. What a rush.

🚤💨 Yesterday at the Key West Power Boat Races, many of the race boats had "support" helicopters. It struck me-there are so many incredible jobs out there that most of us don’t even know exist. Can you imagine being a helicopter pilot chasing a power boat in races around the world?
Too often, we limit ourselves to jobs we see listed or hear about. But if you only search for *what’s already out there*, you might end up settling for something that doesn’t light you up.
When I was in my 20s and unsure of my path, I did something that changed everything: I wrote down *what I wanted in a job*. Not a specific title, but the qualities that mattered most to me-things like:
A flexible schedule
Working with others
Being outdoors
Learning new things
Teaching others
Building a brand
(And yes, wearing flip-flops to work 😉)
This exercise helped me figure out what I truly wanted. Once you know what you're looking for, your eyes open to opportunities you never would have seen-or you can even create the job yourself.
So, take a moment. Dream big. Write it all down. Don’t settle for “what exists”-find or build something that aligns with *you*.
The world is full of possibilities-go chase them! 🌟
